5.00Echo was wonderful. Picked us up from our hotel as arranged. And even gave us some chrysanthemum tea to refresh us for our day at Disneyland. We weren't sure when we wanted her to pick us up for the return, but she said we should just contact her about an hour beforehand. She was quick to respond and collected us without a problem. For us, it was a relief not to have to worry about catching public transport or trying to arrange a taxi or rideshare at the end of a long day. Echo's English is excellent and we were able to chat with her easily. Thank-you Echo for looking after us so beautifully!
