What To Expect
A designated pickup time is required for cruise port service. You may choose your preferred time, or we can recommend one based on your flight departure. We allow 45 minutes of complimentary wait time from your scheduled pickup time. If we are unable to contact you beyond this window, the driver may be released. Additional wait time may be accommodated based on vehicle availability, but it is not included in the Viator rate and must be arranged directly with the local provider. Cruise Port Pickup Procedure: • Upon disembarkation, collect your luggage and proceed through customs and immigration. • Follow the signs for “Limousines, Shuttles, & Private Tours (Door D)” and exit through Door D to the transportation area. • Locate the Limousine Dispatch Booth and check in with the Port Attendant. • Provide your name and state that KJ Limousine Services is your limousine provider. • The port staff will then dispatch your driver from the off-site holding area, and your vehicle will arrive at the passenger pickup zone within 8–10 minutes.

5.00This was our second time using the outstanding transportation services from the great people at KJ. Everything from booking the service to the comfort of the vehicle and the friendliness of Oliver our driver was excellent. One of the things I particularly like about KJ is their excellent communication. They reply promptly to emails through the entire process, including the time leading up to the day of the service and on the day itself. This is very reassuring when you have a scheduled departure from the cruise port, airport, etc. I cannot say enough good things about KJ. I will definitely use their services again in the future, and recommend them to anyone who needs transportation services in Vancouver and other areas they service. You will not be disappointed.
