Limited to only six people, this small group excursion offers an intimate experience.
You can still choose to just take a 2-hour horse lesson.

Previous experience
A minimum of 2 people per booking is required
This trail goes along a pine forest and a beach area . Riders must come comfortably dressed and without slippers on the feet. Sun protect can be advisable for people with more sensitive skin. For more safety we have different sizes of helmets to borough. We offer bottles of water. According to our concept of natural horsemanship, in which we privilege the mutual respect between horse and rider, we hope that it will be a moment of sharing and happiness for the whole group.
All participants must accept a liability agreement that exempts the operator from any liability in the event of an accident
For a small part of the route it may be necessary to climb a steep and narrow cliff between trees, but there are alternative routes.

3.00Our horses seemed agitated by the ocean wind & even bucked at one point. Because of this, the horses didn’t really want to listen to directions. Our guide was nice & polite, but there was a language barrier. However, the views were beautiful & Osvaldo was a great driver!

5.00Ride on beautiful, well trained horses along a gorgeous beach. This was the highlight of our trip. Ride along a nature preserve, down to a huge, gorgeous beach. Cliffs on one side, the ocean on the other. Truly stunning.

3.00It was a beautiful ride, but we were unable to canter/gallop as advertised despite being experienced riders. A bit disappointing, but the beach was beautiful and the horses were wonderful. Carlos was a great host/coordinator.

4.00The transport was great, so convenient, and the ride was beautiful! The horses, the scenery-all amazing. It was nice that we got a taste of both woods and beach. Only reason I didn't give 5* was that our guide didn't speak English. That would have been helpful. But his horses were SO well behaved!

5.00Such a beautiful experience for our family during the Christmas holiday. This experience was our gift. The park, accessing the beach was gorgeous, and the beach itself was pristine. Carlos and Paulo were incredible hosts, and the photographer was amazing. 10/10 would do this again.

5.00Booked this as a birthday surprise for my husband and it really was the highlight of our trip. Carlos and Tiago picked us up at our hotel and were really warm and welcoming. The beach is incredibly stunning and Antonio our guide and his horses were gentle and highly experienced. I cannot stress how important it is to have had prior experience riding and being comfortable around horses as the trail to the beach might be daunting to a first timer who has no clue what they are doing. This was a really fantastic experience that I would recommend to anyone. One that we would love to do again anytime we are back in Lisbon.

5.00My daughter and I had a lovely horse back ride along the ocean. The guide checked in with us multiple times along the way to make sure everything was going well. The horses were accustomed to the terrain, the ocean, and the forest land. They were terrific. The host picked us up in Lisbon which made it easy for us to get to the location. We highly recommend the ocean horse ride! It was a highlight of our trip to Lisbon.

5.00The host was very friendly and took us to some nice scenic spots before our horseback riding. Then we embarked on the horseback ride and the instructors were amazing. It was my first time horseback riding and it was a truly beautiful experience. The horses were gorgeous and very well trained. Would recommend for either newcomers or highly experienced horse riders.

5.00I had an absolutely fantastic experience on the 2-hour horse ride near Lisbon, Portugal! The staff made sure that even as an inexperienced rider, I felt comfortable and confident on the horse. The ride along the beach offered breathtaking views that were truly unforgettable. The guides were not only knowledgeable but also incredibly friendly, making the entire journey even more enjoyable. I can definitely recommend this horse ride – a perfect way to explore the beauty of Lisbon's coastline! Ps. It was a perfect way to engage, guide started recording my proposal without me letting him know earlier! Now I have short move from this occasion!
