In the event that the US Navy suspends boat operations or for any reason, a refund will not be issued. Your tour still includes a successful pickup driving tour, providing admission to the visitor center, museums, and bookstore. Alternative options: Tour time will extend if US Navy boats resume with reasonable time. Unscanned Arizona & Missouri tickets remain valid for seven days should you wish to arrange self-transport to the memorial at another time.
What To Expect
Pearl Harbor Historic Sites Visitor Center
At Pearl Harbor Visitor Center, travelers will explore exhibits detailing the events of December 7, 1941, and take a boat ride to the USS Arizona Memorial, honoring the lives lost. They’ll view outdoor memorials, including the Remembrance Circle, and enjoy stunning views of Battleship Row. The experience offers a reflective journey through history, providing deep insights into the significance of Pearl Harbor.
Pearl Harbor National Memorial
Before boarding the boat to the USS Arizona Memorial, visitors will watch a 23-minute documentary in the Pearl Harbor Memorial Theater. The film provides historical context, detailing the attack and its impact on the United States and the world.

5.00Our Guide, Randy, was extremely informative. The tour gave plenty of time to self pace Pearl Harbor and some of its museums. Do not pick this tour if you are the type of person who must do everything Pearl Harbor has to enjoy. This is only for the memorial and the free museums on the memorial side. The US Missouri tours to go on a battleship is a different tour. On the return to our drop off location, Randy, and Karma tours does a special drive through with great scenic views. It was a nice touch. If I took another trip, I would definitely rebook this tour.

5.00Our guide Finny was great. Told us lots of interesting stories on the travel to and from Pearl Harbor. Took us into the sites and gave excellent advice on what to do when. Pickup and drop-off at the airport was very convenient.

5.00Driver makes directions very clear. You are on a tour but dont feel boxed in like yoi cant explore on your own. We didnt have to worry about renting a car, parking, getting tickets, all we had to do was book this trip with airport pickup. Easy!

3.00We were supposed to be picked from the| airport at 7:30 AM. He did not arrive until 8:30. We decided to stay a little longer at Pearl Harbor and take in all the park had to offer. We were picked up at 2:30 and taken back to the airport. We were charged an additional $75 + for the service. I realize we approved that charge. Shouldn't we be credited for the hour we had to wait? We had also purchased 2 additional tickets for the Arizona that were not used. The couple that purchase was meant for pu=chased their own tickets while they were waiting for us to get there. I believe we should receive credit for those tickets that were not used. We were supposed to be dropped off at Pearl Harbor at 8:00 to meet the rest of our party. We were an hour late meeting them. My daughter reached out to you by telephone 3 times and was informed each time that the driver would be there within 20 minutes. I do not believe that the driver was at fault in any way. He. took extremely good care of our party. I believe that a 35% refund is appropriate to cover the issues that took place

3.00Basically you get picked up from airport, given tickets to the Arizona Memorial and walked into the visitors center. Then you are picked up several hours later. In our case, the shuttle bus picked us up and then backtracked to Waikiki to pick up others before going to Pearl Harbor. The ride was fine and the driver was polite although there were some obnoxiously loud people on the bus.
