This is a custom tour, and the route is arranged based on your interests and the plan for the day. Additional costs such as transportation, food and drinks, and facility fees will vary depending on the places and experiences you choose. If you contact me before booking, I can explain the estimated costs based on your interests, so you can book with a clear idea of what to expect. On the day of the tour, you only pay for the transportation you use, the food and drinks you choose, and any facilities or experiences you decide to enter or enjoy.
The standard meeting point is Shinjuku Station. Departure from Tokyo Station is also possible. If you are staying in a major central Tokyo area, meeting at the nearest train station to your hotel may also be possible with advance consultation. The final meeting point will be suggested based on your hotel area, interests, and the route for the day.
When suitable for the route, comfortable seating such as the JR Green Car may be used. You can sit down, rest, eat, drink, charge your phone, use the restroom, and watch the scenery change through the train window. The travel time itself becomes a traffic-free “moving lounge.”
The tour price does not include transportation, food, drinks, admission fees, facility fees, BBQ fees, onsen or sauna fees, bicycle rental fees, or other personal expenses.
Additional costs vary depending on the plan, number of guests, season, day of the week, and experiences you choose. Below are rough examples of optional costs.
If you choose BBQ, the facility and BBQ equipment fee is usually around 1,500 yen per adult and 650 yen per elementary school child. If you choose a BBQ plan with food included, the cost is usually around 2,600 to 4,600 yen per adult and around 900 to 1,300 yen per child. Drinks, extra food, and additional equipment may cost extra depending on what you choose.
BBQ may require advance reservation. If you would like to include BBQ, please either book the tour and contact me more than one week before the tour date, or contact me through a pre-booking inquiry message before making your reservation.

Please pay admission fees, facility fees, food, drinks, and other optional costs directly to each facility or shop on the day. Your guide will help you understand where and how to pay when needed.
