The Best!!!! What I thought was going to be a bike ride across the bridge turned out to be so much more. The guide was very knowledgeable and took us to some unique spots. We were first time e-bike users and had a great experience. Would definitely recommend.

Great way to see the coast. Multiple picture spots. Enjoyed learning the history of the city. Then had own time with bikes to sightsee and explore.

My Husband & I did a group tour today out to the Golden Gate Bridge. We were greeted at the business premises by the wonderful kind and friendly staff. Adam was our guide and he made it an exceptional experience. He is very knowledgeable about so many historical topics and has a keen love for nature especially bird life. Our group was small, different age groups and abilities. Adam explained everything with a big emphasis on safety. The ride was one of the highlights of our trip and next time we visit San Francisco we will definitely be back to take another trip. Thank you to all the team. Please remember to tip your guide as they do their very best to make it a great experience! 😉 🚲 😍 Many thanks Samantha & Tom Larkin

Our e-bike tour from the Golden Gate Bridge to Sausalito was informative, smooth, and perfectly paced — plenty of time to soak in the views without feeling rushed. Adam was an awesome guide: super knowledgeable, friendly, and the kind of person who made us feel instantly comfortable. We had such a great time that we immediately booked the “Streets of San Francisco” tour with Adam for the very next day. Highly recommend if you want sightseeing, fun facts, and a great vibe all rolled into one adventure!

We took the E-bike private tour to the Golden Gate Bridge and Sausalito . It was a three hour trip and our guide was Adam. He was very knowledgeable and sensitive to my anxiety about riding an e-bike for several miles. It went great. He guided us perfectly, stopped for pictures, potty breaks and drinks if needed. Told us a lot of interesting history, and generally made sure the ride was very enjoyable. The bikes seemed well maintained and easy to use. I would definitely recommend Bay City Bikes and Adam. It was a great day.

Overall a good experience. Route was amazing and felt comfortable the entire time. Guide lacked knowledge of facts and history so that part was limited.

The trip started a little rocky with our guide calling after 10 ( trip started at 10) to say they would be at the shop in 20 minutes. Marcus showed up for his 11:00 city tour trip and saved the day. I was able to go on his tour instead- and I'm so glad the first trip didn't pan out!! Marcus knew a lot of San Francisco history, and had a great book on the ride to share even more! If I were to do it all again I wouldn't hesitate to book the city tour with Marcus- worth the 4 hours if you want to bike through all parts of the city. I had plenty of time to bike to Crissy park, onto the Golden Gate bridge, into Sausalito with a quick bite to eat and back to the shop before time to turn in the bike. Thank you Marcus for showing me around the amazing San Francisco!
