1.00The app collapse and I couldn’t find it anymore and asked me to buy it again. This happened after 20 minutes of walking to the initial point of the tour, and that was all the tour that we saw. I have emailed the company for a refund and have not heard from them in the last 48 hours. What can I say? May I suggest that you fix this?

5.00Great walk and easy to use if you just follow the bouncing ball = clear instructions provided including contact details. The negative reviews are unfair and of the ‘gee, I didn’t get to ride a unicorn’ type of critic. You can do it virtually if your legs or the weather give out. Great initiative and entrepreneurship!

1.00This app is incredibly frustrating. We even had a map to use and never found the burrow alley and spent too much time looking for it and finally gave up. It was a waste of our time with only a few days in Santa Fe. The app needs a back button so you can re-hear directions. My husband’s app quit working in the middle of the tour and we had to spend time trying to figure out how to get it back and had to call the owner. It eats up an incredible amount of battery-mine was almost dead when we gave up. I’m very unhappy that we wasted so much time trying to follow this app.

5.00Great and fun. Highly recommend it. Plus we didn't have to pay a small fortune for a personal guide. We listened on our phone, but headphones or earpods would have been better to block out the traffic noise.
