During this activity you will discover how a real homemade ice cream is born, starting with a brief introduction to the theory of balance and texture. Then we will move on to the practice : we will prepare the basics of ice cream together and you will witness the creaming. Following, you will taste two unique flavors while learning to recognize the quality and characteristics of the product. At the end you will take home the recipes for the prepared ice cream, so you can make them too.

Great time. Paola was fun and interesting. Super clean kitchen. I highly recommend this experience. AND you get to eat GELATO! What could be better than that.

Paulo was so fun and experienced at making outstanding gelato. I and my friends had such a good time learning all about making authentic gelato in authentic Genoa kitchen with a real Italian master!! She is excellent at explaining the process and why you need to do certain thing and certain ways to do each step. Highly recommend her and this experience. I should have been taking better notes. The end result and tasting put is over the top, especially with the homemade caramel sauce we made!! Great way to spend time in Genoa.
