5.00We booked a one-day adventure to Kibale National Park to track chimpanzees with Trek Rwenzori, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. Emma met us at our hostel, clearly explained everything, and arranged all the permits for us, which made the whole process stress-free. The next day, we were picked up and driven to the forest. The chimp tracking was absolutely amazing, everything went exactly as we had hoped. We also joined a two-day tour and safari in Queen Elizabeth National Park, which exceeded all our expectations. The van was comfortable, and the open roof gave us perfect views of the wildlife. Emma was knowledgeable and clearly experienced, we saw all the animals we were hoping for, while also learning so much about them along the way. And don’t expect a quiet ride! Our conversations with Emma were fun, engaging, and full of laughter throughout the trip, which made the journey even more enjoyable. If you’re still unsure about booking a tour, don’t hesitate. I booked a chimpanzee tracking excursion through him and ran into an unexpected visa complication just before departure. Rather than brushing it off, Emma took immediate action. He initially connected me with a visa specialist, and when that route didn’t yield a response, he personally contacted the Ugandan embassy to request that my application be expedited. Shortly after his intervention, my visa was approved. His level of commitment ensured that my trip went ahead without disruption. The chimpanzee tracking experience was extraordinary — easily among the most memorable adventures I have had, not only in Uganda but anywhere in the world. I also completed a gorilla trekking experience, which was remarkable in its own right, yet the chimpanzee encounter was truly exceptional. 5.00I actually did 3 tours frkm Fort Portal with this company. - Sempaya Hot Spring - Queen Elizabeth National Park - Chimpanzee Habituation Emmanuel was my guide during all 3 days. I thoroughly enjoyed fantastic time with his guiding. Saw lots of beautiful animals during Safari and observed wild Chimpanzees during Habituation tours. During Sempaya tour, I got to cook eggs and green bananas in the hot water, learned the stories about the origin of the hot springs, and enjoyed a good walk by the waterfall, caves, and caldera.

5.00We did two tours with Emmanuel. On the one hand the Chimpanzee Tracking and the Rwenzori Mountain Lower Ranges Day Hike. We liked both very much. Emmanuel took care of the Chimpanzee Permits, picked us up from the hotel and then brought us back. During the hike, delicious "rolex", bananas and water were taken care of as lunch. We were very pleased.

2.00The tour operator was not straight forward with charges. Sent a message that the permit cost had gone up and wanted additional funds. I was prepared to pay this. When I reached there he had a higher quote than previously mentioned that had to be payed before we could start the trip
