Excellent service from Emma to see the chimps in Kibale NP and the gorillas in Bwindi. An unforgettable memory to see these primates in their natural habitat from so close up. Thank you!

The tour operator was not straight forward with charges. Sent a message that the permit cost had gone up and wanted additional funds. I was prepared to pay this. When I reached there he had a higher quote than previously mentioned that had to be payed before we could start the trip

Fantastic experience with the Chimps Emma helped us throughout the booking process and was genuine. Definitely recommend this company as well as to support a local business that is hard working and honest.

Emma booked our chimp trek for us. He was very professional and responsive. He dropped off our original copies at the hotel for us. I highly recommend this tour company and would use them in the future.

I did chimps tracking and I really enjoyed the experience! I traveled alone and I felt safe and guided all the time. At the National Park, the rangers are experts and have the perfect advice for tourists.

Emmanuel took us on a wonderful daytrip to Kibale National Park, where we tracked Chimpanzees, and the Bigodi Wetlands. Emmanuel was an all round fantastic guide, who picked us up early in the morning and right on time from our lodge near the Kyaninga Crater Lake. We then travelled together to Kibale NP and had a very exciting morning tracking Chimps there. After that, Emmanuel recommended a restaurant, where we enjoyed lunch together and then took a stroll through the Bigodi Wetlands. During that stroll, we got talking about Banana Beer, so Emmanuel phoned a friend of his who is making Banana Beer and took us there for us to try it and learn about the process of making the Banana Beer. Emmanuel is a wonderful guide and person and his level of customer orientation and friendliness is exemplary. If we're ever in Fort Portal again, we'll definitely book another tour with Emmanuel and Trek Rwenzori.

Emmanuel took us to Kibale Forest for the Chimpanzee Tracking and we are more than happy. We aggreed to visit Bigodi wetland afterwards, which was also great. At the end of the day, we even got the chance to visit the "banana man" who showed us how to make proper banana beer. Emmanuel was so friendly, helpful and easy going. We had a wonderful day and would definitely choose Trek Rwenzori again.
