At Aquarius Dive Center, this is not just “two dives in Tenerife”. It is a guided dive experience built around safety, comfort, and choosing the right dive site for the day.
We work with small groups, so you are never rushed and your guide can give proper attention to each diver. The dive site is chosen on the day according to sea conditions, visibility, your certification level, and your recent diving experience.
Aquarius is a PADI 5 Star Instructor Development Center and PADI TecRec Center in South Tenerife, with 35+ years of professional dive industry experience. We are also a Scubapro SEA & Demo Center, so quality equipment, professional standards, and safety procedures are part of how we work every day.
Tenerife’s volcanic underwater landscapes offer rocky reefs, walls, sandy areas, swim-through-style formations, and Atlantic marine life. Every dive is guided by local professionals who want you to enjoy Tenerife diving the right way: relaxed, safe, and well looked after.

To participate in our guided dives, you must bring proof of your diving certification. A valid dive insurance is also required for diving in the Canary Islands. If you do not have your own dive insurance, no problem. We can arrange a one-day dive insurance for you at the dive center in just a few minutes before the activity starts.
As a participants you will be required to complete a Medical Statement form stating that you have no medical condition which would prevent you from diving. If you have such a medical condition then a medical certificate signed by a doctor will be required
What To Expect
Start your guided scuba diving trip at Aquarius Dive Center in South Tenerife, where our team will welcome you, complete your check-in, and prepare you for the dives. Before entering the water, your instructor or dive guide will give a clear briefing about the dive site, entry and exit points, safety procedures, communication signals, maximum depth, and what to expect underwater. The dive site is chosen according to the sea conditions and the certification level and experience of the divers. You will make two guided dives from shore in the volcanic waters of Tenerife. Depending on the selected dive site, you may explore rocky reefs, volcanic formations, sandy areas, small walls, swim-through-style topography, and Atlantic marine life. Every dive is guided by a professional who knows the local conditions and keeps the experience safe, relaxed, and enjoyable. Between the two dives, there will be time for a surface interval, changing tanks, and preparing for the second dive. After the dives, you return to the dive center to rinse equipment, log the dives, and enjoy the rest of your day in South Tenerife.

5.00Small Holliday and wich divecenter will I choose? I found Aquarius verre quickly, because I realised it was not just an ordenary place and it has inspired en experienced people. That's what I want! They have a wide and deep knowledge in diving I realised when I viewed their program and after contacting Harry! Beïng there and diving with them did exceed my expectations. Calmness, precision and kindness made my divetrips enjoyable and unforgetable. Thank you Doina for the patience, and trust you gave me photagraphing during the dives. Be sure, you wil see me on my next visit at Tenerife!

5.00After a swift booking by email, Doina picked me up at the hotel (perfect on time!). The equipement was of excellent quality. When we arrived at the dive-spot, the conditions were far but ideal. As we started to prepare, the sea became increasingly rough. So Doina desided to change the spot. We ended up at a very quite, les known dive-spot and had a very relaxed day of diving. If you’re looking for a PERSONAL appoach, good EQUIPEMENT and a SAFE, PROFESSIONAL guide, this is the place!

5.00Enjoyed a wonderful dive holiday in Tenerife. Doina was very responsive in booking the dives, and answered all my questions thoroughly and promptly. Aquarius organized an excellent week of diving; I really valued being picked up every morning at my apartment in Arona; this service provided peace of mind to me. My diving equipment arrived a day late due to lost luggage, but I was in great hands. Doina set me up with top line ScubaPro equipment for one day until my gear arrived. Their dive shop is well-stocked, very clean, organized, and all of their equipment is well-maintained. The dive plans and safety briefings were very professional. Doina led my initial dives at Marazul, an awesome swim thru and even saw the Canarian lobsters, and day/night dives at Las Ventas. I greatly enjoyed the dives led by Maria at El Penon wreck and Abades. Overall, I had a great time with Aquarius Dive Center and the entire staff. Aquarius even sent me a nice collage of videos and photos from all my dives. Thank you Doina and Maria for all the wonderful memories, there were so many great images of all the dives, and I hope to see you again in the near future!

5.00I’ve contacted the dive shop when I was there and they were quickly to reply. Doina and her team were very friendly, flexible and patience with me. She made sure if I have a diving insurance (obligatory now in Spain) and helped me to search for it in my insurance policy. Their equipment was in really good condition, as new, and they cleaned it for me after the dives. My first 2 dives were with Ryan who really took care of me. We went to Las Eras, where we found out to be some current, so for the second dive we went to Abades, to make sure we have a more relaxed dive. We were greeted by two turtles there!!! For my 3rd dive I brought last minute a friend for a try dive, which they could take in account and we went to Playa de Vistas. My last 2 dives was at Tabaiba and it was great that we could meet each other there, since I was staying in Santa Cruz and that saved me a lot of time. Overall, I had a great time with Aquarius Dive Center and its crew. I felt at ease and pleased that they helped me to plan my trip in Tenerife, both under and above the water. Thank you guys for all and I hope to see you again in the near future!

5.00Last week I got to make 10 dives Aquarius. Directly when you enter the store you'll see this is a very professional shop. The equipment is of great quality and briefings are very detailed. Diving conditions were also fantastic, say 25 meter visibility most of the time and water temp in June was already 23C! Every day they made sure to take me to different sites and this way I got to see wrecks, rock formations, grass beds (turtles/rays) and macro (scorpionfish, nudi's, spider crabs etc). It was a week of great variety and I would highly recommend Aquarius. Can't go wrong.

5.00Harry and Doina are very professional and super friendly people. Had 4 brilliant dives with them. Picked me up from my hotel and took me to their dive shop. Dive shop is cracking and equipment looks new, well looked after. Pre safety briefing, Knowledge of local dive sites was second to none. I would HIGHLY recommend Aquarius Dive Centre. Chris Cowl 👍
