1-Day Guilin Tour to Reed Flute Cave, Xianggong Hill, Bamboo Boat & Night Show This tour was truly amazing, made even more special by our excellent English-speaking guide, Mr. Jeff. He is caring, attentive, and took very good care of us throughout the entire day. His deep knowledge of the local history and places of interest greatly enriched our experience. Mr. Jeff patiently assisted my wife in successfully climbing Xianggong Hill up to the first viewing platform, allowing us to enjoy the breathtaking scenery safely and confidently. During the cold evening at the Liu Sanjie Night Show, he thoughtfully rented us a long jacket to keep us warm—an act of genuine care that we deeply appreciated. As seniors, we felt well looked after, safe, and comfortable at all times. An excellent guide like Mr. Jeff truly makes a difference—he gave us beautiful, happy, and unforgettable memories of Guilin. Highly recommended. Thank you, Mr. Jeff

We loved our guide Arthur who spent three days showing us around Yangshou and Guilin. Arthur is incredibly knowledgable about the area and on China in general. He was very organised and kind too and went above and beyond to look after us. I couldn’t recommend Arthur more highly!

My wife and I recently undertook a trip to China which saw us visit the cities of Guangzhou, Guilin, Chongqing, Hangzhou and Shanghai. Every city in China has its unique attractions and, no doubt, the feature which made Guilin stand out was its limestone hills/ mountains. It is easy to see why people rate Guilin as the most beautiful place in China. Of course, the 4 hour cruise down the Li River is a must and an experience not to be missed or forgotten. Another outstanding "feature" of our time in Guilin was our tour guide, Oscar Lu. He was not only knowledgeable about the place but he also made his narratives so interesting. Above all, he was always sensitive and attentive to our needs and always looked at things from our perspective. When it was time for our train trip to Chongqing, he gave us a map of the station in Chongqing so that we would know exactly where to go when we got there. He even gave us the name and contact number of the person who was meeting us. Having missed our guide at another station, we greatly appreciated this thoughtful gesture on Oscar's part. Once again, A HUGE THANK YOU, OSCAR!

We stayed 3 nights in this wonderful area. 2 nights at the Shangri La (superb) in Guilin and one night in Yangshuo. We did the Li river cruise, the night spectacular (rivals Fantastmic), bamboo river rafting, biking through rice fields, tasting fruit, climbing 500 steps up a mountain for gorgeous views, an evening lake cruise downtown Guilin, tea tasting and much more. What a treat. Our guide Samantha was the best part of this leg of our trip! Great English skills, very knowledgeable, attentive, friendly, just one of the nicest people you can meet. She was ready with new ideas for what to do in addition to what we had planned! Just the best!

I have traveled all over the world and been lucky enough to have many, many amazing tour guides. Lily is the best of the best. She is extremely knowledgeable, caring and kind, nurturing, fun, funny, flexible, and an all-around amazing human. It's not often that a tourist would visit a tourist destination and leave missing the tour guide the most, but I feel like I made a lifelong friend in Lily Cao and I'm so grateful to have had the privilege of being guided through beautiful Guilin by her. Lilly, thank you for an amazing few days. I will cherish the memories forever and be back soon. Much love and gratitude.

Samantha is an excellent English tour Guide. She has very good knowledge of the places we have visited and explains them very well, in rich and articulated English which is easily accesible to her customers. She always has the right attitude and is helpful and friendly with the many situations that arise in a Chinese visit. We were fully satisfied with her work and wish we could have guides like her in our upcoming tours.

I did the 3 day Guilin tour, with this day tour included. Our guide, Monica, spoke excellent English and was very proactive in explaining the history and culture of Guilin to us. The tour company also catered well to our dietary requirements, which I appreciated. They also organised good quality hotels and a driver for us. The Li river cruise was also of high quality, and the scenery was beautiful. No negative experiences.

The Li River Cruise is truly beautiful, definitely a bucket list experience. Our tour guide Monica mentioned the best spots for pictures and gave us a scenic tour of the Yangshou countryside. She helped us booked the Sanjie Liu musical show. Our amazing tour wouldn’t be the same without Monica. I truly appreciate her hospitality and hope to see her again.

We had a wonderful time on this tour and our guide Samantha in particular was great. She was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped us to rent bikes to cycle through the countryside in Yangshou which was a highlight of the day.
