What To Expect
**Minimum 2 people from San Jose** Turrialba is known for its unique rainforest, active volcanoes and for being home to some of the most pristine rivers in Costa Rica! The Pacuare River is rated the fourth-best river in the world for rafting. A unique experience for anyone visiting Costa Rica as well as the Turrialba area! We will take you deep into the rainforest where you will experience 29 km of the majestic Pacuare river! Our experienced and certified guides will take all the precautions and safety measures to provide proper instructions before embarking on this memorable adventure! During the trip, you will see the primary rainforest which runs along the beautiful Pacaure river, pristine waterfalls, and unique landscapes that can only be accessed by the river unique river system found in Costa Rica. We offer a special picnic lunch for our guests with fresh products from local farmers from the Turrialba area. We can accommodate special dietary requirements such as vegans, vegetarians or celiac should it be necessary, please inform us once you have made the reservation.

He is wonderful with kids and made our trip for both kids unforgettable (personalized to their wants and ability). Lunch was fabulous too. I can highly reccommend this very skilled (both in rafting as well as in coaching) guide!!!! We had an unforgettable experience. Thanks!!

5.00Jonathan picked us up from airport and we had 4 incredible days around Turrialba. Rafting (through stunning jungle, lots wildlife) and stayed at Pacuare Outdoor centre overlooking river (incredible location) where Jonathan cooked for us (a great cook), zip wiring and jungle swing. No electricity but really luxurious. Perfect combination of activities and wildlife with 2 teen boys. Felt very safe and well looked after! Would definitely recommend!!
