On our third day in Tokyo, we booked a tour through Viator — and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we made, all thanks to our amazing guide, Tsubasa. From the start, Tsubasa made us feel welcome and excited for the day. He even wore a traditional kimono, not because he had to, but simply to give us a more authentic and special experience. That thoughtful gesture alone showed how much he cares. He’s incredibly knowledgeable, but what really stood out was his heart. He made sure no one ever felt lost or left behind. He took the time to explain everything clearly, answered every question with patience and warmth, and treated each of us like we truly mattered. He even gave us great local tips and recommendations that made our trip even better. Tsubasa has that rare ability to make a group of strangers feel like friends. He’s kind, funny, attentive, and incredibly professional. Because of him, our Tokyo adventure was not just fun — it was unforgettable. My wife and I truly hope Viator recognizes the gem they have in Tsubasa. Guides like him are rare, and he absolutely deserves to be promoted. Thank you, Tsubasa, for going above and beyond. You made our trip one we’ll never forget.

Best way to get to know Tokyo in one day. You skip the line at Tokyo Sky and Temple. Our guide Sora was very friendly and funny.
