Accommodation at the drop off area
Mgahinga Gorilla National Park
Early morning pickup from your clients' accommodation in either Kisoro or Kabale. Ensure a packed breakfast and sufficient water are provided. Arrive at the park headquarters. Clients will be briefed by park rangers on the rules and regulations of gorilla trekking. This includes information on gorilla behavior, safety precautions, and conservation efforts. The briefing also covers the history of the park and the importance of protecting the gorillas and their habitat. Begin the trek. The trek duration varies depending on the location of the gorilla family and the terrain. It can range from 2 to 6 hours. You will spend a maximum of one hour observing the gorillas. This is a unique opportunity to witness these magnificent creatures in their natural habitat. Guides will provide information about the gorillas' behavior and social structure. Depart from Mgahinga and transfer back to the clients' accommodation.
