St. Helena's Anglican Church
Our guest will here the role the church played in Beaufort's History from its founding in 1712, they will see the grave yard from the carriage and hear about some of Beaufort's founding fathers, & soldiers who gave there all who are buried there.

Our tour will meander on the backstreets of Old Beaufort's Historic District and pass by century old live oak trees draped in spanish moss, Antebellum & Victorian Houses and Churches, Beautiful Gardens all from the comfort of our beautiful Blue Carriages pulled by our Gentle Giants. Relax and enjoy the clippity clop of the horses feet while your guide shares Beaufort's 300+ years of history, folklore, legends & Hollywood movie tales. From the early Colonial settlements, American Revolution, Plantation life of the Antebellum South, Civil War, Reconstruction Period, the 20th century through today Beaufortonians have always been involved in every major period of American History.

5.00This tour is a must when visiting Beaufort. Our tour guide Anastasia, was very kind and patient with my elderly parents while narrating Beaufort’s fascinating history. Anastasia is an entertaining & gifted story teller for sure! I especially liked learning more about Harriet Tubman. Linc, the horse, was so handsome, strong and calm. It was a very enjoyable experience for all of us!

5.00This has become an annual holiday tradition for us, and we love to bring friends and family on their first experience. Tyler was our very knowledgeable local guide and Link was our horse - a very handsome Percheron. Their horses are very well taken care of, doing no more than 5 rides a day with a minimum 20 minute break between each. The tour takes you through the charming town of Beaufort, along with a detailed and interesting narrated history. Such a wonderful tour at a great price!

5.00This is a fascinating, historic tour of a historic town. The tour guide/drivers are all really good at bringing a detailed and interesting history to life. I have taken this tour 4 times now, first for us, then three more times with friends. Then there is the Halloween charity evening tour. All wonderful. Don't miss it!

5.00Exceeded my expectations. The tour guide was so knowledgeable and her personality added to the experience. So much history of the area that was new to me. Would definitely recommend this. I would do it again. The horse was awesome. The deceription of care for them was inspiring
