What To Expect
Learn how to craft some of our ground-breaking cocktails in this hands-on experience. You’ll enjoy 3 signature drinks, with fresh ingredients and some molecular surprises! You'll also learn the history of distillation and see our state of the art distillery equipment in action. After the class, relax in our bar and enjoy the drinks you’ve created. With the option to order further drinks from our full menu of delicious libations. Pizza/salads are also available. Tickets include a welcome drink plus 2 cocktails and classes last 60 minutes..

5.00I took this Mixology Course during the Christmas season. It was fun and I learned quite a bit about the drinks the class made. We had a chance to tour the distillery and learn about its history and development. The instructor was friendly and passionate.

5.00I had this on my List of THINGS TO DO IN DUBLIN. And it was a great experience. Our cocktail chemist was Glen at the Still Garden Distillery. It was such a great class! Learning how to create your own drink & trying the different flavors he has created for the distillery. This was such a fun experience! I highly recommend doing this with a group, couples or by yourself. A Memorable experience.

We learned about the distillery’s process and history, which gave us a real appreciation for the craftsmanship behind each spirit. Then we got hands-on making creative and delicious cocktails—definitely a highlight of the night! The atmosphere was welcoming, the instructors were knowledgeable and engaging, and everything felt very thoughtfully put together. If you're looking for a unique, enjoyable night out and want to support a fantastic local business, this is a must-do!
