This cooking class experience was amazing! The chef was so knowledgeable, had years of experience and readily shared his techniques with the small group. He showed us tools of the trade and gave historical information, along with hands on guidance. He and the staff were attentive, answered all our questions, and made this such an enjoyable time. And the food was delicious! I highly recommend this class.

The experience was very fun, we were able to see the whole process from deboning the fish, to preparing the rice. All the staff were very patient and kind. The head chef was great to work with. And in the end, we got to eat some tasty sushi. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone.

Excellent class. I wanted to learn about sushi making, rice preparation, and knife skills, and the chef was a wonderful teacher. It was a one-on-one class with lots of hands-on experience, and I learned skills I can take home. The two assistants were also lovely and very helpful. Lunch afterwards was delicious, including sake and extra sushi made by the chef. I loved the gift and certificate I was presented with. Thank you for a very special Sush class Highly recommended — just book it and enjoy! 🍣
