If you do not have a driver's licence, this tour can also be enjoyed as a scenic sledge ride. This shorter snowmobile tour is also a great choice for families with children!

Meeting time: 30 minutes before the start of your safari. Please be on time, as refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or no shows.
The driver of a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid B driver’s license. Customers intending to drive a snowmobile must bring their driving license with them on the tour. According to Finnish traffic regulations, copies, photographs or digital licenses cannot be accepted. If you do not bring your driving license you won't be able to drive and no refund can be offered.
Wild Nordic has 0 tolerance for alcohol and drugs during the activities.
Children 4 - 14yrs paying the child price are entitled to a space in the sledge pulled by the guide's snowmobile. Children over 140cm may ride as a passenger on the snowmobile, when paying the adult price. Children 7 years and under should be accompanied by an adult in the sleigh. Please note, that we do not recommend snowmobile safaris for children under 4 years for their own comfort and safety.
Snowmobile tours are not suitable for pregnant women due to vibrations as a result of uneven tracks, and the presence of exhaust fumes of the snowmobiles.
The driver of the snowmobile is held liable for any damage caused to the snowmobile. The self liability amount for damage caused to the snowmobile is a flat rate of 900€. By purchasing an additional self liability waiver for 20€/driver you can reduce the self liability flat rate to 200€/driver/accident case.
Wild Nordic reserves the right to change the route and duration of all excursions due to the prevailing weather and snow conditions or in consideration of the safety and comfort of the participants. Wild Nordic reserves the right to discontinue the tour if a participant is seen as a potential danger to him/herself or to others or is in poor health. Pre-paid safaris will not be refunded in such cases.

What To Expect
Looking for a fun and easy snowmobile tour in Lapland? This beginner-friendly snowmobile safari is perfect for first-time riders and families with children! Enjoy the beautiful winter landscapes of Levi as you drive the snowmobile through snowy forests and across frozen lakes. The driving time is about 40–50 minutes, with short stops along the way to take photos of the amazing scenery. Two adults ride on one snowmobile, single riding is possible for an extra charge. Children 4 - 14 years will travel in a sleigh pulled behind the guide's snowmobile when child price is paid. Children over 140 cm can sit on a snowmobile, when paying adult price for the tour. 5.00Excellent trip! Noelia was our tour guide and she was brilliant. We were given exact directions to get to the meeting point and transported in a warm vehicle to the safari centre. We were given lots of extra clothing to keep warm whilst out on the snowmobiles. Noelia checked our driving license so make sure you pack this with you. We were given an explanation of what the tour would entail and shown how to use the snowmobile safely. The snowmobiles were waiting outside for us once we were ready in our layers. Noelia took us outside and off we went on the excursion. We stopped in a few places to make sure it was going ok and then Noelia took us out to a place where we could have a fantastic photo opportunity. If you’re interested in taking part in a snow mobile excursion, definitely book with Wild Nordic.
