Step aboard our RIB boat and experience the thrill of speed as we navigate the waves and glide along the coast, offering you a front-row seat to some of Iceland's most spectacular scenery and raw nature. One of the highlights of the tour will be the Atlantic puffins, get ready to witness these amazing creatures in their natural habitat. In addition to the puffins, you'll also have the chance to observe other seabirds, some odd birds (the locals), seals, and even whales. As we journey along the coast the dramatic scenery will take your breath away, and you'll be left with memories that will last you a lifetime. Please note that this is a meet-on-location only tour, no pickup or transportation is provided. Not suitable for cruise ship passengers arriving in Seyðisfjörður unless independent travel is arranged.

Great view of puffins and other animals, RIB is fun. The guides are very nice and knowledgeable. Comedy schtick wears thin. Overall highly recommend.

After a four hour drive bypassing several items on our itinerary we were curtly informed at the dock that our trip was cancelled. Further inquiries about the cancellation resulted in the “captain” flying into an absolute seething rage where his obviously fragile ego was damaged by what he incorrectly perceived as his judgment being questioned, which couldn’t be further from the truth. Obviously we requested a refund and in retrospect we are glad we didn’t entrust our safety to this person
They told us amazing stories about Icelandic wildlife and the history about the cliffs, how the vulcanos and the ice age

Those two brothers were amazing. They told us amazing stories about Icelandic wildlife and the history about the cliffs, how the vulcanos and the ice age has changed the structure of it etc. I saw a lot of birds: 4 species at least if not more, including puffins , some jellyfish. They also showed us some seals.

My husband and I went with another couple and had a blast! We lucked out and only had 2 other people on our tour, so it felt semi-private. This excursion is about 1 hour 15 minutes away from the port in Seydisfjordur, and you will need to rent a car if you want to visit. The two gentlemen who own the company (captain and the guide) are highly entertaining and very knowledgeable. They take a lot of pride in their tour and the town. The views were amazing! We saw breathtaking views, a ton of different types of birds, and seals. We also had a good laugh over the "dad jokes" that were throughout the tour. I would highly recommend the RIB Safari with Puffin Adventures. Don't miss out on this excursion!

Wow. A great experience. It was a little rainy today. But that doesn’t bother the puffins and seals 😅. And again we learned something about it 👍

Great fun, amazing views and super crew! Very insightful with lots of local knowledge, lots of stunning cliffs and birds and there might be a surpirse or two as well….and if you are nice, they will give you a discount for a nearby restaurant with very good fish soup!

What a fantastic private tour we had! It rained, but that didn't spoil the fun. They were so enthusiastic, yet very relaxed and comfortable. They're very knowledgeable, and there's always room for questions. I definitely recommend it, rain or shine. A solid 10. Thank you.

The tour guides were very knowledgeable and fun and translated everything clearly to us in English. The boat ride was very comfortable and the scenery and wildlife were spectacular. We saw seals and I especially enjoyed being near the cliffs with a wide variety of sea birds swooping around overhead and nesting. Along with viewing the puffins at the Entry, this was a highlight on an amazing Iceland trip.

Fabulous tour on a supercool boat! Captain and mate were knowledgeable, friendly, and amusing. You will see so, so much more than puffins, although you will also see plenty of puffins flying on the water. Do not miss this tour. You, like me, will LOVE IT!!
