  Great. Simply unique experience and great tour guide! We've even seen dolphins. Photos were also taken again and again. Highly recommended.

  Great tour. Oliver the guide was very helpful explaining things before we started. Fun time. Would certainly recommend for anyone new to jetskiing.

  It was great! Let us set the pace. We saw a sea turtle and string rays. It was very beautiful, and they were friendly.

  Horrible experience in late March 2025. Booked the one hour jet ski tour from Oliver at the desk. He was very friendly and helpful, was excited to do the jet ski tour. He told us Manu was our tour guide and he would be back soon for our tour time. Manu came back and was all grumpy because he was supposed to eat lunch. He made us pay in advance and would not allow us to do a room charge, claiming room charges were not allowed. We were staying at the Intercontinental. Thank goodness I took pictures before the tour started (over 30 minutes late) and when we got back. We were only out there for 35 minutes. Manu took us out to a boat parade near a harbor so it was really choppy and then back. We didn’t see anything besides one turtle we sped past. When we got back, I demanded a partial refund since we paid for an hour tour and barely got 30 minutes. Manu refused. When he saw me taking pictures, he actually threatened to fight me and lunged at me to try to take my phone. Oliver had to come over and hold him back and apologize. It was absurd they would treat a customer and hotel guest like this. We later found out from the hotel concierge that they should always allow room charges because they are affiliated with the hotel and on property. Manu clearly knew what he was doing when he requested pre payment and claimed no room charges, it was a premeditated act to try to rip us off and give us a poor shortened tour and keep the money. Luckily the hotel concierge communicated with whoever the owner of jet ski business was and was able to get us a refund. We had to go back to the jet ski hut to tap my iPhone to get our refund, the hotel said Manu had known temper issues and had a hotel bellman go with us in case Manu decided to try to fight us again. Truly bizarre and terrible experience and cannot recommend this poor business less. Stay far away, especially if Manu is there. And don’t let them tell you they don’t accept room charges.

  I booked this tour for my partner and brother. It’s been 3 days and they’re still talking about how much they loved it and want to do it again. I’ll have to book it again before our flight home lol.

  Really perfect the instructor was so nice he took us to a dolphin spot it was magical he swam next to us there was a lot of dolphin we were spoiled well me and my girlfriend had never done jet skiing and he taught us really great

  

• A great impromptu adventure

  Our guide, Artur, was great. He made sure he had a good understanding of how to control the jet ski before we got on and kept an eye on us throughout to make sure we were all good. The ride was fun and the views were fantastic. When he learned we were visiting on a cruise ship, he even took us over so we could get some pictures of the ship from up close. The whole thing was last minute and on a whim but I would certainly recommend it and am considering going again when I'm back in Papeete in a few months.
