Visiting Ghana was a “bullet list” trip for me! It was surreal when I finally stepped foot on West African soil! The tour guide, Emmanuel Gozey, assisted us in having an authentic welcoming experience wherever we went! Profoundly impactful was Assin Manso, the Cape Coast Castle slave dungeons and Door of No Return and Elmina Castle, slave dungeons and Door of No Return! PANAFEST! The Fadinkra Ceremony at Elmina, then the Naming Ceremony and meeting the King will forever be remembered and in my heart!! I am still here because of the sacrifices and resilience of the ancestors!! I have returned by the Grace of God! Thank you for all the tour guides, the accommodations and welcoming return! Thank you Continent Tours and Joy Cruises and Tours, Inc for coordinating such an amazing experience!!

To say this was the best trip of my life is an understatement. Our tour guide Kwaku A. was very attentive, knowledgeable, and I rate him five stars. My small group was very inquisitive about most of the tours and all of the driving time spent in between. Every question and comment was met with a response full of knowledge and history. That is what we were there for! Thank you Kwaku you were excellent! Our driver Francis didn’t speak English well, but he was very friendly and always in good spirits every day and we appreciated that the most! Both men were extremely helpful as we were a group of mostly women. They helped with heavy luggage and all other check-in accommodations. Continent Tours and Emelia Timpo our travel agent did not fail us at all! This was amazing and I am going back to Ghana soon. This experience made a permanent staple in my life forever! I don’t think I’ll ever experience a better trip than this in my lifetime! If you’re waiting to book, don’t wait any longer!! Ghana stole my heart! ❤️

Nothing short of Amazing!!! Our tour guide, Elvis along with the skilled Driver, Kwame - did not leave a stone unturned. He was extremely attentive, providing our family with the COMPLETE GHANA EXPERIENCE. We not only went to the Castles but traveled into villages, participated in a naming ceremony, dipped our toes in the beach, ate at several restaurants from Accra to Kumasi. Pack your bags and Continent Tours will take care of everything else. You will not be disappointed.
