If time permits, take a quick city tour in Kampala, visiting cultural landmarks such as the Uganda Museum.

Kibale National Park

Breakfast: At the hotel. Morning: Begin your journey to Kibale National Park. En route, you will pass through scenic landscapes of Uganda’s countryside, including rolling hills and lush forests. Afternoon: Arrive at your lodge in Kibale, Primate Lodge . Meals: Lunch on the road (packed lunch), Dinner at the lodge. What you'll see: Enjoy the scenic drive through the Ugandan countryside, with views of tea plantations, forests, and picturesque villages.

Kibale National Park

Breakfast: At your lodge. Morning: Early breakfast before heading to Kibale National Park for a memorable chimpanzee trekking experience. Kibale is home to over 1,400 chimpanzees, and the trek allows you to observe these fascinating primates in their natural habitat. Afternoon: After the trek, enjoy a Bigodi Wetland Walk, a guided tour of the nearby swamp known for its diverse bird species and primates. Meals: Breakfast at the lodge, Lunch at a local restaurant, Dinner at the lodge. What you'll see: Encounter wild chimpanzees, and enjoy the biodiversity of the wetland, home to various monkeys, birds, and plant species.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

Breakfast: At the lodge. Morning: After breakfast, you'll drive to Queen Elizabeth National Park, Uganda's most popular wildlife destination. The park offers a mix of savannah, wetlands, and forests, teeming with wildlife. Afternoon: Arrive and check-in to your lodge, Mweya Safari Lodge . Meals: Breakfast at the lodge, Lunch on the way, Dinner at the lodge. What you'll see: Along the way, take in stunning views of the Rwenzori Mountains and other striking landscapes.

Queen Elizabeth National Park

Breakfast: At your lodge. Morning: Early morning game drive in the park, where you will search for lions, elephants, buffalo, leopards, and various antelope species. Queen Elizabeth is also famous for its tree-climbing lions in the Ishasha Sector. Afternoon: After lunch, embark on a boat safari along the Kazinga Channel, a natural waterway that connects Lake George and Lake Edward. This boat ride offers excellent wildlife viewing opportunities, including hippos, crocodiles, elephants, and an array of bird species. Meals: Breakfast at the lodge, Lunch at a local restaurant, Dinner at the lodge. What you'll see: Game drive animals such as elephants, lions, buffaloes, and the unique tree-climbing lions. On the boat ride, expect to see large populations of hippos and crocodiles, and enjoy the diversity of birdlife along the water.

Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Breakfast: At the lodge. Morning: Drive to Bwindi Impenetrable National Park, Uganda's most famous destination for gorilla trekking. Bwindi is home to half of the world's remaining mountain gorillas. Bwindi Impenetrable National Park

Breakfast: At your lodge. Morning: After breakfast, head to the park headquarters for a gorilla trekking briefing. You will then embark on your trek into the dense jungle of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest to see the endangered mountain gorillas in their natural habitat. The trek can be challenging, but it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience to spend time with these gentle giants. Afternoon: Return to your lodge after the trek for lunch and rest. If time permits, enjoy a community visit to learn about the local Batwa tribe or visit a nearby village. Meals: Breakfast at the lodge, Packed lunch during the trek, Dinner at the lodge. What you'll see: You will have the rare opportunity to see gorillas up close in their natural environment. The trek is physically demanding, but incredibly rewarding.

Murchison Falls National Park

Breakfast: At the lodge. Morning: After breakfast, drive to Murchison Falls National Park, home to Uganda's most powerful waterfall and an incredible variety of wildlife. Afternoon: Upon arrival, check-in at your lodge, Paraa Safari Lodge . Meals: Breakfast at the lodge, Lunch at a local restaurant, Dinner at the lodge. What you'll see: Along the way, you’ll pass through rural Uganda, with scenic views of the Nile River.

Murchison Falls National Park

Breakfast: At the lodge. Morning: Embark on an early morning game drive to explore the diverse wildlife in Murchison Falls. The park is home to giraffes, elephants, lions, leopards, and numerous antelope species. Afternoon: In the afternoon, enjoy a boat safari along the Victoria Nile. The boat ride takes you up to Murchison Falls, where you will see hippos, crocodiles, and many bird species. You'll also get close to the spectacular waterfall. Meals: Breakfast at the lodge, Lunch at the lodge, Dinner at the lodge. What you'll see: The morning game drive will introduce you to Murchison's rich wildlife, and the boat safari offers stunning views of the Murchison Falls, as well as opportunities to see large wildlife along the water.

Entebbe

After breakfast on Day 11, your guide will transfer you back to Entebbe for your departure, marking the end of your unforgettable 10-day Gorilla, Chimpanzee, and Wildlife Safari in Uganda.
