We enjoyed every minute of our tour. The format was great because we could spend as much time as we wanted at each of the stops without feeling rushed. Our tour guide, Fuji, was incredibly thoughtful and well- prepared. She even stayed with us later into the evening to make sure we got on the correct train back to our hotel. It was a truly amazing first day for us exploring beautiful Japan and by the end, Fuji felt like family!

Yoshi was an amazing tour guide! In every way he went above and beyond to make the experience special for us! Because it was just the two of us, he met us at our hotel. Since my wife is pregnant, he constantly checked in with her to make sure she was comfortable with all the walking. He also found a great restaurant to perfectly satisfy her cravings. Yoshi is super informative and has great knowledge of every stop on the tour. He's also just the nicest guy ever and was a pleasure to spend the day with. Highly highly recommend this tour!

Our tour guide, Kaori, guided us to ten sites in Kyoto for a truly memorable experience in Japan. All of the visited sites, including three UNESCO sites, provided us with a better understanding of the Kyoto and Japanese culture and history. Kaori led us using a comfortable pace throughout the 7-hour tour. One of the most memorable, fun experiences was during our visit to the Bamboo Forest. Kaori placed the camera on the ground while we leaned over the camera for an awesome selfie with the bamboo surrounding us in the pic. Highly recommend Kaori for a wonderful experience.

We had an absolutely wonderful day in Kyoto with Chihiro as our guide. She was very responsive before the tour and made everything incredibly easy from start to finish. Navigating the city felt effortless with her, and we were able to relax and truly enjoy the experience. Our favorite spots were the Bamboo Forest and the beautiful gardens at Tenryu-ji — both were unforgettable. Lunch was also amazing and perfectly chosen. The insights and context Chihiro shared throughout the day really brought everything to life and made the experience much more meaningful. She was thoughtful, organized, and great with our whole family. This was one of the highlights of our trip to Japan, and we highly recommend touring Kyoto with Chihiro.

Mieko was a fantastic guide! The itinerary was followed as advertised. Meiko led our group of seven through Kyoto on cabs, trains and busses with great efficiency. We asked many questions, shot alot of photos and spent time in shops, restaurants, snacks, and more without ever feeling hurried. In fact, the tour was supposed to end a 5 PM, but Meiko stayed with us until 7:30 PM! We had an 8 year old in our group and Meiko showed her how to make origami during the train rides! Mieko showed great pride in her country and did not hesitate to answer any questions, but also asked questions of our country. My family all agreed this was the best guide we have had to date. We recommend having a Suica card and pay attention to the suggestions of cash in the instructions to bring. Well worth the price and a day of your time for seeing alot of sites! THANK YOU MIEKO!

Kaori was a calm, kind, and deeply knowledgeable guide to Kyoto. For nearly ten hours, she kept four tired travelers, including two teenagers, engaged, happy, and genuinely curious. We could not have been more pleased with the experience, and our children were genuinely sad to say goodbye at the end of the tour. I highly recommend.
