5.00The SIM cards worked well, and the staff were very helpful! We arrived late at night at Nobai Airport, and the store was already closed. However, the staff we contacted via WhatsApp were very responsive and handled our situation quickly. They made sure we received the SIM cards early in the morning by delivering them to our hotel.

5.00We arrived at the airport very early. We can't contact with our driver because we have no sim card. I went up to the 2nd floor just look for a place I can rest and wait for driver to come as we arranged in advance. We found Vietnam Tourist Sim counter, I bought one there. Luckily, the sim also can call, message and I have 6gb/day. It is a lot for me. The staff at the counter very polite. She helps me to install my sim card, call my driver and let him know where we are. I have very good impression on them. Excellent service in Vietnam ever.

5.00The staff, Mr Bie was very considerate. We missed our flight that i wasn't able to redeem the 3 sims i bought from klook on the specified date. However he allowed me to redeem all those 3 vouchers. The store was easy to find. He helped us to activate the sim, very accommodating, friendly and polite. The internet connection was very stable and fast even in Halong and Sapa.

5.00Our family have come to this kiosk several times during our trips from the U.S and Australia to Hanoi. The staff (especially Mr. Long and Mr. Bie) have always been helpful and friendly. They speak English very well and are trustworthy to foreigners.
