Take the leap and Fall for Tauranga! You will start your experience with an incredible 20-25 minute scenic flight over the beautiful Bay of Plenty, offering up some of the most beautiful views in New Zealand. Take off to breathtaking views of The Mount and golden beaches expanding as far as the eye can see. Higher up, you’ll be able to see White Island, Mount Ruapehu, the Rotorua Lakes, The Coromandel and even Mount Taranaki. And if you still had some breath left after that, freefalling back towards Tauranga at 200km/h might help!

What To Expect
Please choose the start time that is most convenient for you. Please arrive at Skydive Tauranga 30 minutes before the time you have selected, this gives our experienced instructors plenty of time to brief you on your jump. Enjoy a 20-25 minute scenic flight taking in the breathtaking views of The Mount and golden beaches expanding as far as the eye can see. Higher up, you’ll be able to see White Island, Mount Ruapehu, the Rotorua Lakes, The Coromandel and even Mount Taranaki. Freefall for up to 40 seconds, reaching over 200kph! Your instructor will pull the parachute at 5000ft, and if you're feeling brave pass you the control for the 5 minute canopy ride down

5.00I can’t recommend this enough. First time skydiving and I couldn’t have chosen a better place. Firstly all the staff are super nice and chilled out with a fun vibe but number one is around safety and explaining things. I felt relaxed and supported throughout. During the build up, flight and jump it was just so much fun and it was probably the best experience of my life!! Thank you so so much!! I would do it again tomorrow if I could!! ❤️❤️💪💪

5.00Many thanks to Guillaume and his whole team. They were all great! They are accessible, warm and do everything to put you in confidence to live this incredible experience in the best conditions. Special dedication to Kingi (I hope I spell it right) my pair, which made my jump even more fun! The 360° film is too good. It’s great to be able to relive this moment as much as we want, but also to see ourselves from the outside, observe our reactions and laugh at our faces 😜. Small advice for those with sensitive eardrums: remember to decompress throughout the fall (gently blowing nose pinched, yawning, swallowing...) without waiting for the atmospheric pressure to feel too pressing, even painful.

Super professional, fun, and made us feel 100% safe the whole time. The jump itself was pure adrenaline and completely unforgettable. Absolutely wild, slightly terrifying, 1000% worth it. 5.00What an incredible experience! Kitch and Mitch are pros. The instructors are delightful and know what they’re doing. I was a bit anxious, but they made me feel at ease and talk you through every step of the way so you know what to expect. I felt super safe. The views were incredible and you feel so free! The views were only half of the experience— the people at Skydive Tauranga are the kindest people and really add to the excitement of skydiving! 1000/10 would recommend. If you’re anything like me and are questioning if you should skydive, DO IT. Tauranga Skydive is THE PLACE to be to check skydiving off your bucket list. Thank you guys so much!!

5.00It’s was great! Our tandem instructors did so well with my very excited teens and with my nervousness. The ground crew was very organized as well. While I have discovered that skydiving isn’t my favorite activity ( didn’t like the freefall, but loved it once the chute opened) the rest of my family had an amazing time and touched down already asking when they could go again. It was a wonderful and unique way to enjoy the beautiful landscape of the bay of plenty

5.00Absolutely amazing experience! Staff were incredibly friendly and professional throughout the experience. Plane ride up was beautiful with incredible views and the jump was just impossible to describe. 100% worth it and you feel safe the whole time.
