Our staff are genuine artisan chocolate makers, certified by the Federal Belgian Government.
In our boutiques, you can discover everything our chocolatiers create by hand, a showcase of creativity, craftsmanship, and passion.
We are the only certified artisan chocolate maker in the city of Brussels, and the only one not using industrial chocolate in our workshops. All the chocolate you’ll work with is crafted from premium cacao, fully traceable, and sourced through a 100% ethical and sustainable supply chain, meaning no deforestation, no child labor, and fair income for farmers.
In fact, 33% of the ticket price you pay for the workshop goes directly to support cacao farmers, ensuring them a decent and dignified living.
We are independent and proudly authentic, not part of any industrial group. During your visit, you’ll also have the opportunity to see our bean-to-bar machinery and receive explanations directly from our chocolate makers.

We are true Belgian chocolate makers, certified by the Belgian government. With us, you’ll really make your own chocolates being guided by a genuine and certified artisan! Let’s share our passion and explore the fascinating journey of Belgian chocolate, from our cacao plantations to our stores in Brussels. During the workshop, you’ll create your own mendiants, truffles, and a personalized chocolate bar and at the end, you’ll pack all your creations in a beautiful gift box to take home. You’ll also learn a lot about cacao: taste a raw cacao bean (super bitter!) and try pure cacao liquor, the natural paste we use to make our chocolate (no alcohol, just cacao!). The experience takes place in our brand-new 170 m² training centre, a fully equipped, air-conditioned workshop where we can welcome up to 60 participants. It can feel a bit cool inside, so we recommend dressing accordingly. Due to high demand, we currently run three sessions per day at 11 AM, 2 PM, and 5 PM. A hairnet is provided and must be worn during the workshop. Water dispensers and a disabled-access toilet are available on site.

This was such a fun experience I cannot recommend it more. The woman running the class was so nice and personable. She was very thorough in explaining how to make the chocolate bars and also facts about chocolate itself. You have to do this if you’re coming to Brussels

I really enjoyed this experience with my 9yo son. We created a bar, 5 truffles and half a tray of chocolate shapes each during the session. There was also information on the production of their chocolates from bean to bar and tasters of different chocolate. (Dark chocolate lover through and through and even Belgian milk and white chocolate couldn't convince me otherwise :) ) At first I was nervous as the host seemed quite stern but she was great, informative with good instructions and some humour. She takes chocolate seriously. Everyone had to wear hairnets but not aprons or gloves.

Chocolate making was a great experience to break up a rainy day in the city and have a hands on experience. We learned about chocolate and enjoyed tasting our creation!

It was a light and wonderful experience with my kids who prefers to “do something” during vacation, not just sightseeing. We also loved the yummy chocolates that come out of it. Thanks for making this a unique experience for our family on vacation

Patrica was the star of the show! Very knowledgeable and entertaining. She is a master of chocolate, the 100% dark bar was the best I’ve ever had. Class is cute and you make you own bar + other stuff.

This was super fun and we came home with lots of chocolates. The instructor was knowledgeable and we learned a lot about chocolate from the bean to the candy bar. Would definitely do this again.

The tour was not informative and hands on. Patricia did a wonderful job explaining the process of making chocolate as well as teaching us the various ways to use the chocolate.
