Persons weighing between 100-115kg may be able to jump, subject to assessment by a tandem master and a harness fitting on the day. All persons weighing 100kg or over subject to a small surcharge, which varies based on weight. The minimum weight requirement is 35kg, and all passengers must be large enough to fit safely into the harness. The ability for a child to jump is determined by their, weight, size and how the harness fits. The minimum weight is 35kg and . All passengers must fit securely into the harness. All children are subject to an assessment on the day by the Tandem Master.

5.00We are a coiple in our mid 60's jumped from 16,500 on a clear sunny day. Great and unbelievable experience. The Abel Tasman staff/team -were welcoming, caring, proffessional and freindly from the pickup thru the reception, safety review, flight up to the jump itself and after. All the time asking and interested in our wellbeing - we felt important to them. Defenitly gove a thumbs up to do it with them.. David/Batia krieger Israel.

5.00This was a 50th birthday gift. Staff were fantastic and really friendly. Jump was AMAZING. Couldn't take my eyes off the view so worth it.

5.00We’ve had such a great time. The staff was very friendly and always there to help and answer question. It did take us almost 4 hours for the whole experience, so we waited a few hours but it was worth it! Rod and Will were our guides and we felt very safe with them. They did such a great job! Thanks so much!

5.00Had our first skydive experience here ay 16,500 ft and absolutely loved it. All staff were friendly, approachable, and professional. We found the process great, the instructions succinct and easy to understand and felt like we were in good hands the whole time. Highly recommend.

5.00What an experience!! One of the best things I’ve ticked off so far in life. Everything is perfectly explained and easy to follow. The jump masters are great value and are really chill down to earth people! I will be back next January for the 20,000ft Yeowww!

5.00We had the best experience with the team at Abel Tasman Sky-dive. My daughter, 11yrs was super brave, (it was her idea in the first place), and the staff were very informative and friendly. The views over Abel Tasman are just 'Out of this World'. Will definitely do it again and highly recommend this team!

5.00Unbelievably incredible! The staff at Abel Tasman are so friendly and fun. They talked me and my friend through the entire process in tons of detail, calming our nerves as best they could. All the tandem skydivers are professional, so experienced, and a joy to be around. And don't even get me started on the view - spectacular! Our jump was postponed by a few hours so that the clouds could lift. (We got a call every hour updating us on the weather.) We are so thankfully we waited for the clouds to clear so we could see everything! We loved them so much that we skydived again at their dropzone in Franz Josef - a must as well!

5.00Amazing experience. Jumped on a beautiful clear day. Rod was my jumpmaster and has over 16,000 jumps under his belt, which made me feel in safe hands. On the way up in the plane he did a great safety brief and also took the time to point out some of the sights. I went for the handheld camera footage and the results were decent. The staff were also dealing with a rude customer whilst we were there and dealt with the situation very well from what we could tell. All in all, a great experience and I’d wholeheartedly recommend.
