Best tour ever with my guide Mr. Chhoub and driver Mr. Sreang! Chhoub knew all the right spots for amazing photos, also taking photos of me since I was a solo traveler! He knew the tricks to avoid the crowds, which was important to me as it can get very crowded! Mr. Sreang would be waiting with a kind smile, fresh ice towel and cold water EVERY time I entered the van! These two are the best and I would highly recommend this tour and these two individuals ! THANK YOU Chhoub and Sreang!!!

We tailored the 2 days to what we personally wanted to see & experience. Pal Saran, our guide was extremely knowledgeable, enthusiastic & passionate about Cambodian history. He was fluent in English & an excellent communicator. Lina, our driver, was considerate, careful and always in the right place at the right time. Based on our experience we could fault Pal or Lina or Happy Angkor Tours.

We highly recommend getting a private guide and driver to see the Siem Reap temples. We couldn’t have done what we did without our guide and driver. Thean, our guide, knew the answer to every question we had. Our driver, Lin, was so kind and helpful. Lin provided wonderful scented cold face towels for us during our days which we loved. We were overwhelmed by the two days.

My husband and I loved our 2 day tour of Angor Wat and surrounding temples. Lonn Thou, our guide, and San, our driver, made our trip so special. Lonn was so knowledgeable about all of the temples’ history and architecture. He made sure we were in the right places to view each temple at the best time. San was always on hand with a cold water every time we got to the car and he made everything seem so easy. What a wonderful way to learn about Angor Wat and surroundings. We loved Cambodia and its amazing people.

This 2-day Angkor Wat tour was hands down one of the highlights of our time in Cambodia. Our tour guide, Chhay, was extraordinary. His English was perfect, and his depth of knowledge about Angkor, Cambodian history, and local culture was incredible. There wasn’t a single question he couldn’t answer. What really set him apart, though, was how personal the experience felt. He made us feel like part of his family, generously sharing local traditions, personal stories, and insights you simply wouldn’t get from a textbook or audio guide. Our driver, San, was equally wonderful. He was always exactly where we needed him to be, with a spotlessly clean, air-conditioned car waiting for us, along with iced water and refreshing cool towels. Absolute lifesavers in the heat. Both Chhay and San were true gentlemen, opening doors, checking in on us constantly, and making sure we were comfortable and safe throughout the day. Their care, professionalism, and warmth made this tour feel seamless, relaxed, and genuinely special. If you’re considering an Angkor tour, I cannot recommend this experience and especially Chhay and San highly enough.

If you’re in Siem Reap for a few days, this 2-day Angkor Wat tour (Small Circuit, Big Circuit, and Banteay Srei) is an absolute must. What truly sets this tour apart is the incredible two-person setup—a dedicated tour guide and a dedicated driver—meaning you’re always dropped off and picked up at the closest possible spots to each attraction. It makes the long days feel smooth, comfortable, and effortless. Ask for Vanna as your tour guide. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and deeply passionate about Cambodian history. He goes above and beyond at every stop, explaining not just the facts but the stories and meaning behind the temples. On top of that, Vanna is a fantastic photographer. He knows exactly where to stand, when the light is right, and how to frame each shot—you’ll walk away with an amazing collection of truly stunning photos. Date, the driver, is just as outstanding. He is always waiting right near the car, perfectly timed, with a cold bottle of water and a refreshing cold towel every single time you return. After walking through the temples in the heat, this level of care makes a huge difference and shows how thoughtful and professional the service is. This tour isn’t just sightseeing—it’s a perfectly coordinated, comfortable, and enriching experience thanks to Vanna and Date. Highly recommended, and worth every moment.

Viator booked my partner and I with our own very knowledgeable local tour guide and driver. It was an exceptional experience. We had a very detail 2-days itinerary of Angkor temples including sunrise and sunset experiences, but after getting to know us (we are very mobile and open minded) our guide switched some things around to cover even more new experiences. We did find out that we could had booked directly with the local company for a little less money, but that would had been a gamble and I appreciate that Viator vet its providers ahead of time, so no guessing about the quality of service.

Just finished awesome two day tour of Angkor wat. Chaub was my guide. Very knowledgeable and filled with enthusiasm. Gave history on all sites. Was very friendly and easy to get along with. Choub knows all the secrets of the sites and helps navigating with ease. Also knew best spots for photos and took great pictures. Sambo was expert driver. Navigating the roads well and always at the pick up spot. Felt very safe and taken care of by them. Was great getting to know these two guys over the two days. They took me to a locals only spot for lunch that was incredible. Some of best roasted pig I ever had. This private tour was worth extra expense to get a better experience than with a large group tour. Highly recommend.
