08:00 AM: Meet your driver at the meeting point in Antigua, Café Condesa in the central park. 10:00 AM: You will arrive at "La Soledad" where you will be the starting point of the walk. (Admission not included) 01:00 PM: Lunch en route. 04:00 PM: Arrival at the base camp, where the domes will be installed for six people. 06:00 PM: Dinner around the campfire. 07:30 PM: Stargazing and view of the erupting Volcano of Fire (if conditions permit).

Don’t do this tour! We were in a car crash on our way up the volcano and the company did nothing to check that we were okey or injured. And we were injured. I have a severe pain in my neck still after a week since the accident. When booking this tour we made the choice not to walk up the volcano and to ride a car instead so we could have more energy on the Volcano. Bad idea, instead we almost died, injured and traumatised. We were 6 in our group and 2 (Japanese) people had it worst. No seats in the car and no seatbelt. One of the guys had a bad head trauma and threw up all night. I was excited for this volcano trip for months as my highlight of Guatemala but now I could not enjoy it at all, I’m just happy I survived. Also, it’s said that jackets were included. It was not. I had to rent one…
