Everything is organized very well. Bus drivers are guides as well. Our driver Ben is very interested speaker. Guides are pointed to very imported details of the tours. There were no delays. Buses are very clean and comfortable.

I am extremely disappointed with how this was handled. I was travelling to Calgary specifically for this tour. Two days before departure, I was told the tour may be cancelled due to low numbers and asked whether I would switch to one of their one day tours instead. However, they did not confirm whether the original tour was actually going ahead until the end of the day, leaving me in complete limbo. When you are flying in for a specific experience, that kind of uncertainty is incredibly stressful and unfair. I could not make alternative plans, yet I also could not rely on the tour proceeding. It felt like all the risk was placed on the customer. Once it was confirmed that the tour would not run, I was offered a one day tour with only a 50 percent refund. Given the timing, this did not feel like a genuine solution. It felt like I was being pushed into accepting less while still losing a significant portion of what I had paid. To add to the frustration, refunds take 5 to 10 business days to process, even though the cancellation was on their end. Meanwhile, guests are expected to tip guides during the tour. If you are booking from interstate or overseas, be very cautious. Do not assume your tour is guaranteed until you have firm written confirmation. The uncertainty and last minute handling caused unnecessary stress and significantly impacted our trip.

Our guides Ben and Ivan are nice and helpful. We can see many attractions in two days. There is some overlap in the itineraries of the two days, but it's okay to visit Lake Louise twice.

I have booked this 2-day tour , the first day pick up point is at Delta Calgary Downtown hotel. The stop is just opposite to the hotel, about 2 minutes walking. After the itinerary, we request them to drop off point at Banff Canalta lodge. On Day 2, they pick up at 9.15 am, and the itinerary finish at about 4pm and then we drop off at Delta Calgary DT hotel at about 6.30pm. The tour guides on Day 1 is Ivan. He is polite and give us tour information on every spot while he is driving. On Day 2 is Andrew. We went to Lake Louise, Hohnston Canyon & Emerald Lake. We can see him in the trek trail. He speak to us so that we won’t go too far in Johnston Canyon. He also provide us crampons so that we can walk safely. On the whole we have sufficient time at each spot to take pictures & walk around. The tour group is about 10 people, everyone is on time so we don’t need to wait. It. Is a nice experience.

Mike was our tour guide for our 2-day trip. I must say he was the most patient person with so many people to guide. He made sure we had enough time to enjoy as well as suggested so many things which helped us save time and energy to be around a lot of places. The next time we visit we will make sure we ask for him as our guide and will definitely travel with this tour service if he is ready to assist us.
