Pick-Up Location Policy：When booking, please select your pick-up hotel. If undecided, you may update your pick-up location later. However, you must contact us or update this information yourself at least 3 days before the tour date. Important: Failure to provide or update your pick-up location prior to the departure date may result in missing the tour. The company will not be responsible for missed tours, and any fees paid will not be refunded.
Hotel Rooms: Hotel rooms accommodate 2-4 guests, with varying bed types(e.g., King/Queen beds or two twin beds) and deposit rules. Deposits are usually processed via credit card.
Tickets and Admission Policy: Third-party attraction tickets or city passes are not accepted for participation in the tour. All admission tickets must be purchased either during booking or directly from your tour guide on the day of the tour.
Hotel rooms are designed for 1-4 guests, offering: Two Full/Double beds OR one King/Queen bed (based on availability) .
If you select the “Maid of the Mist Boat Ride Only” option, please note that it includes only the boat ride ticket at Niagara Falls. It does not include the 2-day tour, hotel stay, round-trip transportation from New York City, or driver/guide services.
Discounted tour rates apply to the 3rd and 4th guests sharing the same room. Admission fees, service fees, and other mandatory costs apply to all travelers at full price.
For groups over 4 people or those needing multiple room types, separate bookings are required. Please send all confirmation numbers after booking.
You must contact the tour operator at least 3 days prior to the departure date to provide the pick-up location. Children under 6 may require a booster seat by law. Most tours operate with coach buses where booster seats are not required. Today we will be heading to the Corning Glass Museum! The museum is located in western New York and is dedicated to history, art, and the science behind glassmaking. Following, we will be visiting Niagara Falls and overlooking the American Fall, the Horseshoe Fall, and the Bridal Veil Fall! Itinerary: New York → Corning Museum of Glass (Optional, 90 mins) → Watkins Glen State Park + Finger Lake (Optional, 90 mins, Watkins Glen State Park will not be visited when it is closed) → Niagara Falls Night Tour (Mandatory, 90mins) Notes: 1. Watkins Glen State Park only opens in summer, usually from April to October each year. Since it requires parking fees and permits to enter Watkins Glen State Park and the Finger Lakes for travel buses , an additional fee of $22 per person will be charged. 2. 1.00I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with the Niagara Falls tour package I recently purchased. I was clearly told by your agent, Daniela, that the package included all activities, including the boat ride, as well as one day of meals. Based on this explanation, I paid a total of $1,852 for 8 adults and 2 children. It, upon arrival, I was shocked to find out that the boat ride and all activities were not included in the package. As you are aware, the boat ride is the main attraction at Niagara Falls—why would anyone come all the way here without experiencing it? Due to this misleading information, I had to pay an additional $800 just for the boat ride for my group. This is completely unfair and feels like cheating.

3.00While the trip was well organised and Mason was a good tour organizer, my low rating is on account of the price not being worth - I paid additional for a scenic hotel. The hotel we stayed in was neither scenic and it was old and jaded. Also the explanation on the tour on what the additional amount was for wasn’t clear - May be the hotel is good for people going on their own but as a tour group that reached the hotel at 1030 pm and left at 745 am the next day there is no value to paying extra for a scenic hotel.
