Enjoy two days of hiking in the middle of the Andes, with stunning views to different glaciers. At night, take pleasure in nice hot springs in the middle of the mountains and delight with the starry night and shooting stars. You will be hiking in very scenic andean valleys and able to see different glaciers an andean lagoons with icebergs. We will set up our camp close to the hotsprings.

Morado Natural Monument & Hot Springs
Accommodations
Overnight at Colina Hot-springs. Camp at the mountain. Include: sleeping pad and bag, kitchen stuff, tents, head lamps.

Monumento Natural El Morado
Hiking through an amazing mountain glacial valley in the middle of the Andes. Enjoy terrific views of the Morado Mount of 4500 meters and San Francisco Glacier. Duration of the activity Day 1: 3 hours of ascent and 2 hours downhill. Total: 5 hours (including rest time) Time of transportation Day 1: 2 hours from Santiago to the beginning of the path + 40 minutes of transport to the hot springs after the hiking. Technical Data Day 1: Distance: 5 mile / 8 km (one way) / Ramp: 573 mts -1880 ft / Max altitude: 2.400 mts - 7880 ft
Termas Valle De Colina
Enjoy and evening in the warm waters of Colina Hot-springs in the middle of the Andes (some of them more than 40º Celsius) while you see a colorful sunset over the mountains followed by gorgeous starry night as you can see in a few places in the world. Maybe a shouting star will cross while you enjoy a cold beer.

Glaciar Colgante El Morado
Hiking through a glacial valley surrounded by amazing mountain peaks. You will reach a beautiful glacier which hangs into a lagoon surrounded by icebergs. Duration of the activity: 4 hours of ascent y 3 hours of downhill. Total 7 hours (including rest time) Time of transportation: 30 minutes from hot springs to the beginning of the path + 2,5 h back to Santiago Technical Data: Distance: 6 mile / 9 km (one way) / Ramp: 1000 Mts. - 3280 ft / Max altitude: 3.150 Mts - 10334 ft

5.00Excelent communication with the travel office and excelent guide that had to make changes during the tour because of unexpected weather conditions. Because of that the difficult weather conditions made the trip even more memorable. This mointain area and nature spectaculair.
