We did tours with both Lawrence (Larry) and William (Billy). Wonderful time! Both very knowledgeable, personable, and accommodating! Highly recommend! History, countryside, people, whiskey, flora and fauna all in their knowledge/experience. Would contact first if going back!

So DISCLAIMER we only did a one day tour with them, but they didn't have a one day Outlander location option pick lol. However I feel starting with them actually made the rest of our 2 week Scotland Holiday that much more amazing. I truly feel because they are local and love their history and country they are so open to share the hidden secrets and wonder of this great Country. We absolutely loved that about them and were so happy with our one day with Billy, our guide. Billy took care of everything from making sure we knew he was willing to show us what he could and tell us whatever he could about the surroundings. I think what set them aside from other tour groups I have used in the past was, Billy's exact words being " there is no rush I am here for you for the day and whatever you want to explore". I almost felt bad because it was our first day in Scotland and with the jet lag my husband and myself were probably not as inquisitive as some others. However this tour, with just the history he shared and the places he took us to, as well as learning just how amazing and nice the Scottish people are made it one of our personal highlights of our Scotland adventure. I also want to thank Billy for all of the suggestive places to see on our already locked in itinerary. Truly every place he suggested was magical and we even found places near his suggestions that just made our trip even more amazing. Can not thank them enough!

I have traveled the world extensively and can tell you Lawrence is the greatest tour guide on the planet. We did several short tours in 6 days with him. His knowledge of local history and culture is vast. He is kind and funny. He has become part of the family when we travel. Don't bother shopping around for another tour company. What a fabulous day we spent with Billy Maclean on his Outlander Tour around Inverness. He must have memorized all the books because he was a walking encyclopedia about all things Outlander. The tour also included a stop at Loch Ness, of course-but we didn't see Nessie!. Billy was a true Scots gentleman and never rushed us. His great sense of humor only added to a wonderful day. And he made sure to get us back to our ship on time!! I would definitely recommend Billy and his Outlander tour when you visit the Inverness region

Had a brilliant time from the start. James picked me up from my Hotel in Glasgow. He was so knowledgeable about the History of all the Outlander places we visited and about Jacobean History. The weather was great, which was a bonus. I recommend the tour to everybody. I could have done with a couple more days as there was so much more to see, but there is next year!!!
