What To Expect
The walls of the traditional ski shop have been knocked down and in its place is premier ski rental delivery. The service revolves entirely around your needs during your time in Park City, offering deliveries anywhere between 7:30am to 10pm at a time and place that's most convenient for you. Once you've reserved your date, your personal ski concierge will arrive on time to custom fit your equipment in the comfort of your lodgings. When you are ready to return your equipment, just call and arrangements will be made for a concierge to swing over and collect all of your gear. Delivery service is only for those directly in the Park City (Canyons and Deer Valley) area.

5.00Incredible service which makes it so easy and efficient. The condo we stayed at recommended them and it was worth having it delivered the night we arrived. We were ready to go in the morning without having to figure it all out at the mountain. The guy had extra boots in the van so when one pair didn’t fit comfortably, he was able to grab another. We forgot one set of poles but called them the next morning and was able to swing by and pick them up on our way.

5.00Black Tie ski rentals always "delivers." From the beginning of the ski holiday to the end, they bring quality equipment, they respond and follow up and they are always thoughtful and kind. This past week in Park City was no exception. I purchased new boots in the middle of my ski trip, so I needed Black Tie to adjust my bindings. During the adjustment James asked me if I was satisfied with my skies. I remarked that I didn't like them as much as a previous experience. He asked if I wanted to change back to the skis I prefer. In an act of forward thinking that is over and above expectation, he had already looked at my rental history and packed the other skis in his van in the event I might want to switch. I'm so grateful to James for helping to make my ski experience the best it could be this week, and consistently impressed with Black Tie in their obvious devotion to customer service.

5.00I use Black Tie Ski Rental every time I go to Park CIty/Deer Valley. The equipment is in great condition and super high quality. I think the skis I rented this year actually improved my skiing! And the heated boots were the bomb. The rental process is simple, the delivery and pick up are a breeze. The Black Tie staff are very friendly and professional. I rent ski equipment because I only ski 4-6 days a season and it does not make sense for me to buy equipment as new and improved equipment is always coming out, and I like having the latest and greatest. And as I fly to my ski trips I prefer not to have to haul the ski equipment and pay the airlines baggage fees. That really adds up, and when you consider that you would have to pay $120 in baggage fees round trip, and you deduct that from the cost of the Black Tie rental, the cost isn't all that much!

5.00The entire process took no more than 15 minutes from the time Basil met us in the lobby of the hotel. The process could not have been easier. The equipment was top notch and we had no issues. Once we were finished with everything, we called the local number and left the skis in the lobby of the hotel for pick up. I would highly recommend Black Tie and will use them again on our next trip.

Easiest on-line reservation you will find. And extra bonus for Military Families!! They officer Military discount.
