Awanacancha: After about 30 minutes of driving, visit the Awanacancha Alpaca Farm and Textile Center, where you’ll meet the four South American camelids — llamas, alpacas, vicuñas, and guanacos. Learn about their wool and watch local women demonstrate traditional weaving techniques using natural dyes.
Pisac
Pisac Archaeological Site and Local Market: Continue to the Pisac ruins, famous for their impressive agricultural terraces, ceremonial structures, and panoramic views. Wake up early and enjoy breakfast at your hotel. Our staff will pick you up and take you to the bus station for a 30-minute scenic ride up to Machu Picchu. Begin your guided tour (about 3 hours) with an English-speaking guide who will share the history and secrets of this incredible Inca city surrounded by breathtaking mountains. Afterward, enjoy free time to explore or, if booked in advance, hike Huayna Picchu or Machu Picchu Mountain. When finished, take the bus back to Aguas Calientes for lunch (not included).

GREAT tour with top tour guides

5.00Although we had to add an extra day as the planned 2-day itinerary didn’t work out as originally thought (probably because of some Machu Picchu stuff), we had a wonderful time! We got to stay some longer in Aguas Calientes and had some time exploring the rain forest and the local birds and butterflies. Our tour guides have all been fabulous, Frand in the sacred valley and Joel in Machu Picchu. The organization was perfect, driver was always on time and everything was matching. A little recommendation to the tour company would be to have a employee cover WhatsApp, as the communication sometimes was a little complicated especially due to organizing the extra day and rearranging stuff.

5.00The tour was great! Our guide, Lisandro, explained everything about Machu Picchu and answered all of our questions! He also showed us all the great spots for photos and helped us with the setting. We also got perfect weather so it made our experience even better.

5.00A once in a lifetime experience! Everything was organized and communicated excellently throughout the whole two days, but the most exceptional part was the tour of Machu Picchu itself. Joel was our tour guide and of all the tours I have been on he led one of best. He was both knowledgeable and passionate about the history of the Inca civilization, as well as being patient with me and my group as we took pictures and asked questions. I would highly recommend Joel and this tour company to anyone looking for a adventure they will never forget!
