Join this tour along Iceland's south coast to discover its stunning glaciers, lava fields, volcanoes, strong rivers and waterfalls. You will also see an amazing black beach scattered with icebergs, next to Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon. The stunning Jökulsárlón glacier lagoon is where huge icebergs float in ice cold water and seals swim around them.

The highlights of the tour are a boat tour in Jokulsarlon the glacier lagoon in front of the biggest glacier in Europe which is located in the most amazing National park in Iceland AND a walk on blue ice in Solheimajokull. Our glacier guides are professionals and they will provide you all safety equipment needed for the Glacier Hike (crampons, ice axes, etc) and teach you how to use them in a correct way.

The scenery and views from the Glacier is stunning and you see ice sculptures and the deep crevasses of the glacier in a very clear way.

  • Amazing 2-day tour in the south coast of Iceland

    pedropavao28,,Jan 3, 2026

    - Review from Tripadvisor

I did the 2-Day South Coast tour and loved it! Along the south coast, we visited all main attractions exactly as advertised. Plus, we were able to see the northern lights in the hotel where we stayed, which is located in a very remote and perfect spot to see them. Unfortunately we were not able to visit the Blue Ice Cave because it was closed to the high winds. Still our amazing guide took us several other attractions in area which we were also very nice. I would like to thank the Nice Travel Iceland team and specially our travel guide Mika for amazing job he provided. I really recommend this tour

Amazing tour and our tour guide, Thorri, was incredible. His music playlist for the trip was perfect. He perfectly balanced telling us what we needed to know, giving color commentary, and letting us relax and soak in the beaty and wonder of our surroundings.

The best tour! We did the 3 day tour and we saw beautiful things, including the golden circle, the waterfalls, the ice lagoon, and many more things. Walter as a guide was THE BEST, a lot of interesting history and facts about Iceland and the best energy, we were learning and laughing at the same time. Definitely recommend!

We absolutely loved this tour! Our guide, Jonas, was so knowledgeable. He did an excellent job pacing the tour, not too slow or rushed. He really anticipated the needs of the group. There were so many highlights. The glacier hike was a once in a lifetime experience. We also very much enjoyed the waterfall you could walk behind, glacier lagoon, and the canyon hike. The tour was a good balance of activities and sightseeing.

A really awesome experience! I went with my friend and both of our favorite activities from our whole trip in Iceland were during this tour. David was super nice and informative, and he tried to make sure we could do as much as we could, given the poor weather. Great trip overall, I’d really recommend it to anybody.

  • We booked the 2-day tour...

We booked the 2-day tour since were in Reykjavik for only a few days and wanted to see as much of Iceland as possible. The trip covered most of the attractions that we wanted to visit in Iceland. The first day was a bit tiring since we had so many places to visit, but the 2nd day was a bit more relaxed. Ice hiking was lot of fun and a unique experience. The hotel room was okay for an overnight stay. The boat ride was great and we saw a few Seals. Glad we opted for the boat tour. Overall, it was a good trip and worth the price. Our tour guide Michael was friendly and informative. We learned a lot throughout the trip.

This was an awesome tour. Period. Everything but the glacier hike was pretty accessible for the majority of folks who would consider Iceland to be a fun destination. Thor was a wonderful guide. Calm, contentious, and witty. Glaciar hike was the highlight of my trip, absolute must do.

Filip was very knowledgeable and just as excited as we were to let us know all about the areas we were visiting. Very accommodating, helpful and open to questions. As we were travelling around he sounded tracked our trip perfectly to add to the landscape, environment and ambiences. Great Job pointing out the dangers and keeping us and other public members safe. The walk to the glacier was amazing and very informative. Dropped us at our hotel at the end of the day and made sure we were booked in and taken care of before he left Great Job 👍🏼
