We have had a 2 day trip to Angkor Wat and several other temples, plus Kampung Pluk with Em Kehmra as our guide. This was a great and interesting experience. Our guide willingly shared his vast knowledge of the attractions in perfect English. He also gave us good knowledge about the country and the culture of Cambodia. We highly recommend Em Kehmra!

A very interesting tour through the history and nature of Siem Reap. Our guide, Khemra, had a great knowledge which he shared with us. He has a very good sense for what we found most interesting, and he adjusted the tour accordingly. It never became boring.

Our time in Cambodia will be remembered for a lifetime. We especially appreciate our tour guide, Mr. An Veasna, who answered all our questions, explained the monuments history meanings, and took us to some great restaurants.

Our family of six with 2 grandparents and 2 teens, had an excellent 2-day tour with Mr An Veasnu of Icare Tours. Veasna spoke pretty good English and was knowledgeable about the history of the varous sites and temples. In particular, we liked his many religious mythologies and stories, explaining the reasons behind the designs, scultures and intricacies of religious beliefs and rulers of the past centuries, and what led to the destruction of many historic and ancient scultures. He is very considerate and flexible in arranging the visits. He took great care of the 2 grannies, making various stops for them and telling more stories as we rested (and people were eavesdropping on us 😀 ), and helping them navigate the sometimes difficult walk through the uneven grounds inside the temples. For 2 days, Veasna was almost like a family friend, bringing us through the history of Cambodia, introduce us to Khmer dishes (we liked the fish amok curry), stopped by local markets (introduced us to the eating of palm fruits and showed us how palm sugar was made), and would discreetly stay away for our family privacy. And before we forget, he was an excellent photographer and helped us take many wonderful photos of our family. In conclusion, we thoroughly enjoyed the guide by Veasna and would highly recommend his service to friends and anyone who would appreciate a considerate and knowledgeable tour guide.

Did not disappoint! We did a private 2 day tour with Khemra for my grandsons HS graduation trip and went to Ankgor Wat and surrounding temples, Tonle Sap Lake and a beautiful waterfall. Khemra is an amazing tour guide & went over & above for us. I forget the drivers name but he was amazing as well. My grandson had the time of his life! They bonded over fishing & with the private Lake tour, he was able to sit on the front of the boat to enjoy a beautiful sunset and beer bought from a floating store! We hit the jackpot with a double rainbow, rainstorm, & frontline sunset view. Since the airport relocated in 10/23 (beautiful also) and is now a 1 hour drive vs. 10 minutes, we were picked up by Veasna who gave us a heartfelt but unnecessary apology for the slight price increase. The additional time was great because we drove thru amazing country we otherwise would not have seen and learned so much more about beautiful Siem Reap's history & culture. We saw the farmland & groves & asked tons of questions. To see the smile and joy on my grandson's face is priceless. Thank you ICARETOURS! We will definitely revisit soon and plan to stay several more days because there is so much more to see and!!

We had a family trip to Siem Reap, weather was nice, occasionally rain. We visited Angkor Wat and leaned a lot history from our tour guide Veasna. And we went to the biggest lake in Southeast Asia. It’s amazing to see how people live in that area.

As a well-traveled American, I've been on numerous tours around the world. I can say without a doubt that this tour was by far the best. My group of five went on a two-day tour of the temples of Siem Reap. Veasna was our guide, and from the first moment of pick-up to the moment of departure, treated us as family. He catered our tour to what our group of five wanted to see, and adapted to our preferences throughout the tour. He is phenomenally knowledgeable about the history and architectural marvels of Angkor Wat and the other just-as-impressive surrounding temple complexes. He took phenomenal pictures and has a skilled eye for photography. We avoided crowds and saw each temple at the best time of day. I especially appreciated learning about the Khmer culture and the lives of Cambodia's beautiful people. Veasna provided exceptional value and would be worth five times the price! Go with this tour company.....you will have NO REGRETS!
