Seljalandsfoss waterfall
The first stop is this breathtaking waterfall, famous for the path that allows you to walk behind the cascading water for a unique perspective and unforgettable photo opportunities (weather permitting).
Skogafoss
Just a short drive away, you'll be awestruck by this powerful 60-meter-high waterfall. Keep an eye out for the rainbows that often form in the spray on sunny days.
Dyrholaey
We'll visit this dramatic promontory with its massive natural stone arch. From here, you can enjoy panoramic views of the entire coastline, including the famous black sand beaches and the powerful Atlantic waves.
Reynisfjara Beach
Explore the world-renowned black sand beach, admire the towering basalt columns, and feel the raw power of the ocean.

Glacier Lagoon
We start the day at the mesmerizing glacier lagoon, where enormous icebergs drift serenely from the Breiðamerkurjökull glacier. You'll have ample time to explore the area and can opt for a thrilling boat tour (not included).
Diamond Beach
Just across the road from the lagoon, you'll walk along the stunning black sand beach where icebergs wash ashore and glisten like diamonds in the sun.
Fjadrargljufur Canyon
We'll continue our adventure with a visit to this majestic, winding canyon. You can walk along the path for spectacular views of the deep gorge and the river below.
Yoda Cave
A quick stop at the distinctive Grotagja cave, nicknamed "Yoda Cave" by locals for its unique shape, for a great photo opportunity.

5.00We really enjoyed this personal guided tour of various spots in Iceland. We started the day off at 7 AM where our guide, Alex, up at the hotel. You are very appreciative of his kind manner and stamina in terms of driving us all those hours to see some of the most memorable locations in Iceland. He took us to some amazing waterfalls, the “diamond Beach“ with the large pieces of crystal clear ice on the black lava sand. Visited the town of Vik and had some stops along the way where we sampled some Icelandic food. Alex is attentive to our needs during the trip and though the journey was long with some intervals lasting a few hours of driving, I think it was worth as it saved us the effort and energy of staying awake on the road for such long trips. You also gave us some space to explore a little on our own while keeping us on schedule. We enjoy the conversation while driving so it was a boring time. I highly recommend this experience and if possible, ask for Alex!

He was prompt with pickups and in tune with our energy levels for visiting as many sights as possible given the temperature and hours of sunlight each day. 5.00This was my first time going on a private tour. It was such a great experience that I’m not sure if I’ll ever want to go back to large group tours. Our tour guide, Alex, was so hospitable, informative and made the tour so much more fun in compared to previous tours I’ve been on. He recommended restaurants that had an amazing selection. He was an awesome photographer and was patient with our many photo op requests. He gave us ample time to explore and even rearranged the busy schedule to add additional sites that we found in our Iceland guide book. I would recommend North Escape’s private tour of the South Coast to anyone if you plan on traveling to Iceland in the near future. You’ll have an amazing time!

5.00The name "Iceland" hints that you must visit the lagoon with icebergs here. Here you will feel the character of Iceland, even its taste, its royal grandeur. I really want to continue seeing these beauties. I highly recommend you to try it too. My friends and I plan to come here again. Thanks to our incredible guide, we felt attentive and comfortable on all the excursions. We were very lucky to find such a person.
