  We booked this tour from France: Efrain the manager, who we will not meet during our stay, had asked us for an advance by inviting us to pay via PayPal. The rest in cash upon arrival. He harassed us the first day on the phone and as soon as we woke up the next day, to get the PayPal commission settled, at the risk of sabotaging our stay: we are very angry with him. You must know that you will be received at his family whose only father has shown kindness to us. The guide and driver were very kind and competent, we thank them very much. The desert of Tatacoa is spectacular and worth the trip. However, we are not cash cows. The asking price is too high: meals are simple and inexpensive in Colombia, drinks are quite exotic and if it does not suit you, water is at your expense. The heat was at its height, but no attention to us: even on buses in Colombia a bottle of water is offered, but not at Efrain. Moreover, no electricity in our rooms: the dad kindly offered us flashlights telling us that the blackout was not recent and that the part to change too expensive. Of course, Efrain didn't tell us anything about it... I strongly advise against this trick, because we are mad at our money. Ideally, you should go there by your own means of transport and pay the derisory sums charged to the various traders. If you still choose this tour, no remote advance. Good hearing....

  We booked a tour for 4 people agreeing the cost of 520,000COP per person via whatsapp. To block the Reservation, the agency wanted half a PayPal payment adding more than 8% commission. Upon arrival we paid the remaining part in cash, which however was also inflated by more than 8%, thus paying a total of 620,000 COP PER PERSON AGAINST THE 520,000 AGREED. But the thing does not end there, the tour included a visit to the pools and the archaeological center that were already paid, but suddenly we were told that they were not included. After a long phone call with the Owner, who told me in an unkind tone that he was confused and had not understood well, he decided to pay for the field trip to the observatory. The same thing happened the next day, where the program included lunch, which we had to pay for. The only positive notes were our Guide and our driver, who were fantastic people. zero seriousness and respect for agreements

  Truly an amazing experience. Everything was perfectly arranged and Efraïn was the best guide! We slept on the farm of his family in the middle of the desert, and outside the experiences and walks in the desert we got to give milk to baby sheep and cows!! The food was good and there was also time to relax outside of the activity. Also there is one surprise activity which was SO nice! I would definitely recommend it.
