Cappadocia-Natural fomations

Devrent Valley

Imagination valley; In this spot you will see a formation type which push you to imagine and discover some figures on the top of conical fairy chimmneys. Just image :) such as a goat shape, lizards, fishes, mushroms and many other figures on the top of formations.

Fairy Chimneys

The other name is Paşabağları: Another place with a different type of natural formations. It is popular with its multi-headed fairy chimneys. Te other nme of te place is Monks' valley.

Avanos

The other name is Venessa. It is te city hired by Halys river (red river that has been inspiring locals for production of terracota since Hittite period) All the pottery masters come from this city So, it s a must see actvity to have a pottery making demonstration by the masters :)

Love Valley

Another valley were natural formations are single pillars taller than the others.

Uchisar Castle

The biggest massive fairy chimmney of Cappadocia with a height of 60 m. Incuding many cave dwellings and secions. The most panoramic view will be visited. We will not climb it due to safety issues. One of the most scenic place for photography enthusiasts :) You can have a same photoe as Jean Reno had in 2005 while he was ere for a filming.

Pigeon Valley

It is a panoramic point were you can see the valley full of pigeons and their nests located at cave dwellings in the valley It has got Uchisar cate panorama at behind. One of the most popular pace to be visited. Especially a photoe with blu evi eye tree in front of the panorama s awesome:)

Spirit of Cappadocia

Derinkuyu YeraltI Sehri

Among 30 discovered underground city, Derinkuyu is the most steepy and deepest one. It is close to Kaymaklı underground city also, you may choose either of them. They have been made by Hittites and then expended by locals and finally reached out to its largest size by by Christians until 4th and 6th century. It s a museum now.

Selime Monastery

A monastery which hs een carved into a massive rock formations. Later it as used as an Caravan Serai by turkish merchants.

Ihlara Valley

Yes, it is hiking time for couple of hrs. This valey is a canyon full of hidden churches made by early christians and then developed by the rulers of Bzantines. Along with hiking we may have tea coffe break over there and we my visit several of tese churches.

Goreme Open Air Museum

It is the first example of monastery sysem of Christianity world where basics and initial doctrine of Christianity was put by St Basil from Cappadocia and St. Gregorios from Nazianus and Nyssa.
