The instructions were clear and the bike operated perfectly. The trail was easy to navigate with the great instructions I was given. Awesome experience!

My husband and I rented bikes from Prescott E-Bike as a fun way to spend time with our staff (2 other couples) during our retreat. We chose the 2-hour ride on the Peavine Trail and, I think, the King's Trail (something like that). Anyway, the bikes were great - helmets were fine. Only 4 of our bikes had water bottle holders and he didn't have anymore with him...so that was a bummer. My husband's bike started out with one bar down from a full charge but it ended up being plenty of battery for the two hours. Overall, the trail is a nice ride! We came across one horse rider, several other bike riders, and some walkers. It wasn't overcrowded and we were able to stop along the way for pictures - the Granite Dells are a sight to see! One thing I will mention - the guy told us to pull back on both brakes when we needed to stop - so I did - and I about got thrown off my bike! So don't do that!! Use the right brake only and it will be plenty to slow you down!! Try it out yourself before you get too far on your journey - you'll thank yourself! :) We would take this trip again - our family would really enjoy it! There are some steep ravines, though, so you gotta pay attention.

Great time! We were early to the meeting point and the van was already there waiting for us. The bikes were fitted to each of us and the directions given were clear and easy to follow. I highly recommend getting the upgraded seat. Definitely necessary if you do the whole trail! It was over 15 miles, but the ebike made it so doable even for me at 69.

We had a great time using Prescott E bike. There employees are very helpful and friendly. They gave good clear instructions. This is the second time we have used them and we would highly recommend them. The price is reasonable and the trails are fantastic. You won’t be sorry.

We had an awesome experience! Braden met us at the Watson Lake parking lot with the bikes and helmets. He was very helpful and patient in explaining how to use the pedal assist bikes as neither of us had ridden one before. The batteries were fully charged and bikes were well maintained. He had a map of the main bike path which is Y shaped, he also oriented us to bike path rules, courtesy, and wildlife. We stayed on the main path but just know there are also several other narrower bike paths that shoot off from the main path and range from easy to difficult. It took us the full 2 hours to do the Y but we weren't going particularly fast, 7-10 mph and photo op stops. The path is not pavement, I don't know what it's called but it's like packed dirt with fine rocks. The park is beautiful, particularly the granite rock formations at the lake. Most of the ride is not along the water, you'll pedal by several new housing developments but it's not bad. The path was not busy with a lot of foot traffic or other bikers so it was quite peaceful. Arrive at least 15 mins early for signing waivers and orientation to bikes and park. We paid $65 each for the 2 hours.

It was a good time. The experience was very easy to coordinate and the company was on time with our bikes ready to go. The trail was easy to follow and areas you could pull off and take pictures. The bikes were super easy to ride and quickly figure out and enjoy.

First time ever on a eBike and it was amazing. You have more then enough battery for the Peavine and Iron King trails. Comfortable and great price. We plan on doing this again.

Good overall except my battery pack died prematurely and I had to pedal the last five miles. I got a good exercise though.

Easy sign up, good directions, good bikes, nice employee, fun trail=great morning ride! Random train of 90 horses that we had to pull over to let pass that was really cool.

The bike outfitter was wonderful! Explained the bike clearly and gave us perfect bikes for us! Trail in good condition, easy signage. We experienced a thunderstorm and lightning but it was all good! Lots of pull offs and nice participants that joined us to get back right when the sun came out!
