Prague’s imaginary heart is the Old Town, and at its heart lies Old Town Square with the Cathedral of Our Lady before Týn and the Old Town Hall with the Astronomical Clock - the smartwatch of its day. From here it is only a short walk to the Jewish Town, which is probably the most mysterious part of Prague. Here you’ll learn more about the Golem and the turbulent history of the Jewish community and its inhabitants.

An interesting experience, our guide Margherita was very friendly and explained the history of Prague in a very engaging and thorough manner. I would recommend it to friends to understand the buildings and hidden corners of the city well.

The tour was very interesting and worthwhile. We had done a lot of the old town ourselves earlier in our stay. Despite that we learned a lot of additional information from our guide Katerina The Jewish part of the tour was what interested us most and that was also handled very well. A minor disappointment was that we didn’t actually get to go into any Synagogues or the cemetery, however we did learn from our guide how we can do that later. Our Guide Katerina was excellent. She was knowledgeable, spoke excellent English and was very receptive to feedback. I also enjoyed her wry sense of humour. An excellent tour and free with the visitors pass; bonus!!
