Meeting time: 30 minutes before the start of your safari. Please be on time, as refunds will not be issued for late arrivals or no shows.
The driver of a snowmobile must be at least 18 years old and hold a valid B driver’s license. Customers intending to drive a snowmobile must bring their driving license with them on the tour. According to Finnish traffic regulations, copies, photographs or digital licenses cannot be accepted. If you do not bring your driving license you won't be able to drive and no refund can be offered.
Wild Nordic has 0 tolerance for alcohol and drugs during the activities.
Children 4 - 14yrs paying the child price are entitled to a space in the sledge pulled by the guide's snowmobile. Children over 140cm may ride as a passenger on the snowmobile, when paying the adult price. Children 7 years and under should be accompanied by an adult in the sleigh. Please note, that we do not recommend snowmobile safaris for children under 4 years for their own comfort and safety.
Snowmobile tours are not suitable for pregnant women due to vibrations as a result of uneven tracks, and the presence of exhaust fumes of the snowmobiles.
The driver of the snowmobile is held liable for any damage caused to the snowmobile. The self liability amount for damage caused to the snowmobile is a flat rate of 900€. By purchasing an additional self liability waiver for 20€/driver you can reduce the self liability flat rate to 200€/driver/accident case.
Wild Nordic reserves the right to change the route and duration of all excursions due to the prevailing weather and snow conditions or in consideration of the safety and comfort of the participants. Wild Nordic reserves the right to discontinue the tour if a participant is seen as a potential danger to him/herself or to others or is in poor health. Pre-paid safaris will not be refunded in such cases.

What To Expect
Ride across frozen lakes, wide open swamps, and through snowy forests as you discover the stunning Arctic landscapes around Levi. This snowmobile safari is a perfect way to enjoy the peaceful beauty of Lapland, with plenty of stops to take amazing photos of the winter scenery. During the tour, your guide will also serve you delicious hot berry juice, a traditional Lapland favorite! The driving time is approximately 1 hour and 40 - 50 minutes and the driving distance depends on the driving skills of the group. Two adults ride on one snowmobile, single riding is possible for an extra charge. Children 4 - 14 years will travel in a sleigh pulled behind the guide's snowmobile when child price is paid. 5.00Very cool experience where we only drove with his 5 and a very nice trip. We were also able to keep the speed up, with the youth wanting to go even faster. Also a very nice guide which held enough stop/photo moments with nice hot berry juice during the break.

5.00I recommend this safari! Very well organized, the explanations are very clear, the guides very friendly. The walk is very secure, the time of walk is as planned. The landscapes are beautiful. We have the right to a small snack break in the middle of the walk. A little more, I asked for a French guide, if possible, and we had a French guide (thanks to Marie, our guide for her kindness 😉). Do not hesitate to book this safari!!

5.00We joined the 2-hour snowmobile tour with Wild Nordic Finland, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! We were lucky to be only four guests with one guide, which made the tour feel very personal and relaxed. Before the ride, we were provided with full thermal clothing and protective gear (overall suit, gloves, boots, socks, neck warmer, and a helmet with visor). Everything was well organized and of great quality, so we felt warm and safe right from the start. After a short and clear safety and driving briefing, we set off into the breathtaking winter landscape. Riding through the beautiful snow-covered forests of Lapland and across frozen lakes was simply stunning. The scenery was truly unforgettable. Our guide, Merit, was incredibly friendly, professional, and warm-hearted. She made the whole experience even better with her positive and calm manner. After about an hour, we stopped at a scenic viewpoint, enjoyed hot berry juice and a cookie, and took in the spectacular surroundings. It was the perfect little break. There was also the opportunity to switch drivers after the break, and Merit mentioned that this could be arranged earlier, later, or even for shorter sections upon request, which was very flexible and accommodating. She also kindly offered to take photos of us during the tour. We had so much fun, saw a lot of beautiful landscapes, and felt very well taken care of throughout the entire experience. The pickup and drop-off at the tourist center worked smoothly and without any issues. We can highly recommend this tour – it was an unforgettable adventure, and our wonderful guide contributed greatly to making it so special!
