Kenny was an excellent guide. His English was very good, and he shared helpful tips while explaining everything clearly. One area that could be improved is the schedule. We were asked to be ready from 5:00 AM, even though the booking page indicated a 7:00 AM start time. We arrived at the Peace Park quite early and had around two hours allocated for breakfast. It might enhance the experience if this time were optimized—perhaps 20–30 minutes for a quick coffee would be sufficient, allowing for a more balanced itinerary. There was also some concern about ticket availability for the tunnel. For future tours, it could be helpful to organize this in advance by securing tickets according to the group size, ensuring a smoother experience for everyone. Overall, the tour was very enjoyable, and with a few adjustments in planning and timing, it could be even better.
