Our 300 hours Accredited YTT is suitable for all intermediate and advanced level who wants to improve their practice better. We run this YTT Every month.
It includes detailed theory and practice of every single part of yoga to bring you in advanced level. This is mixture of traditional and modern style of yoga, follows ancient yogic texts as the base of teaching. Friendly and peaceful environment. There is the chance to learn from expert teachers who have been teaching for a long time and you find personal care like part of family. Not only during the course but you will get help from teachers even after the completion of the course.
We combine asana, pranayama, meditation, philosophy, anatomy, alignment all part for balanced learning.
Very healthy fresh foods, natural environment, experienced teachers, home like environment, friendly staffs, comfortable accommodation etc. are other best part of this training.

This is the life transformative course not only to be a teacher but to be a master of your own life. This program awakens your ability to become your own boss. You will learn how to control and discipline your own mind and emotion on this 300 hours YTTC in Nepal. You learn Asana from intermediate to advanced level, Breathing practices, meditation, yoga philosophy, anatomy, alignment and many aspect of yoga which is very important to be an advanced level of yoga instructor. Everyday you will be engaged 7 am to 7 pm except Sunday ( 6 days a week) & you will get 5-6 classes each day.

Nepal Yoga Home gave me exactly that. The training days are long and sometimes hard (which I enjoyed because I knew my mind and body were getting stronger), but always rewarding and productive. The other yogis I trained with were amazing people. You really feel at home almost the moment you step through the door. I was a vegetarian before arriving, so I was already used to eating that way. However, the food was more delicious than I could have hoped for. The chef there works tirelessly to provide healthy and tasty meals for everyone at the yoga home. I never went to bed hungry (and maybe sometimes too full). I stayed in the main building, and my room was excellent. It was clean, well taken care of, and while simply stocked, had everything I needed to rest well. Laundry was picked up and done twice a week for guests, which was very convenient. Reasonably priced as well. The location was very convenient to the airport and downtown Kathmandu. Personally, I enjoyed being removed from the hustle of the city. The building is tucked up against a hillside park area. I also had multiple facials and massages while staying there. Fabulous and well-priced. I can't think of any downsides to Nepal Yoga Home. There is a lot of dog barking to try and sleep through, but you have to learn to deal with that almost everywhere here. It was tough to not have coffee available (only tea is served), but that was on purpose, and there is a cafe or two within a short walk to get your caffeine fix if needed. Stay there and you won't be disappointed!

Yoga school is situated in calm place out of Kathmandu city. I already had my 500 hours yoga certification but wanted to develop my skills and understanding, this school was exactly what i was serching. I got the way to find happiness within myself. 5.00The paradise of yoga where my soul was singing my inner music. Nepal yoga home located nice place on the side of Kathmandu . It is owned by a very spiritual and friendly family. I spent 25 days for advance 300 hours yoga training for 25 days practicing yoga, meditation and discussing life philosophy. During our stay we were treated as members of the family, and everyone has been helpful and supporting in any aspects of our daily life, mental and emotional problem. Its not only physical yoga it's about science of life. The yoga is truly beneficial for body and soul, and the yoga teacher is indeed a yogi with great experience and a very high skilled. It was magical days I spent in yoga home. Still I am remembering

I was staying in new building , whuch was super comfortabl. I was visited many other school but this school is very clean and beautiful. Location is very well just out of Kathmandu city. Quality of education is very high. I like to recommend this school.

5.00I was in Nepal yoga home for month long yoga training which was absolutely great. Advance 300 hours yoga training was great. Very geniun yoga training with full of the information, love and care. You will get care like family. I was feeling unwell after trekking, but when I joined in yoga home I got take care like from my mother. I can't recommend enough through my words you have to attend the course to know the real beauy of yoga and meditation

5.00I had completed 300 course advance yoga and meditation training course which is extremely informative, transformative and interesting for me. I had lots of trauma due to relationship problem, after this course I learned how to live myself. We can't compare value of course with money, no doubt it gives respect of money I have invested. It's not like western yoga it's about the learning life process. This course clearly provided my way of meditation for whole life besides this I learned breath work, heart touching philosophy, posture, relaxation etc. If you are seeking to connect authentic lineage of meditation from Himalaya this course you may enjoy lot like me.
