Venture into the desert for 2 hours on a guided off-road adventure to discover the hidden beauties of the south. Explore beautiful beaches, deserts, and the natural reserve of Sal from the driver seat of an automatic ATV 500cc 4x4. Venture through the salt flats of Santa Maria, surrounded by beautiful sand dunes, kite bech and much more. Group tour can include up to 16 people, with a maximum of two passengers per ATV.

Without a valid and original driving license, participants will not be able to participate on the tour. No refund will be given
Group sizes will be no more than 16 passengers.
Minimum numbers apply. There is a possibility of cancellation after confirmation if there is not enough passengers to meet requirements. In the event of this occurring, you will be offered an alternative or full refund
It is mandatory to wear closed toe shoes
For safety reasons, there is a total weight limit of 220 kg (485 lbs) per quad

What To Expect
This beach is famous because welcomes the kitesurfers during the winter, and the Loggerhead Turtles during the summer. In the winter season a lot of kitesurfers from all over the world come there to enjoy the waves and the strong wind. The summer season the crowed beach is replace by the Loggerhead Turtles who come here to lay the eggs
Serra Negra is the "Black mountain" located in the natural reserve of the east coast. From the the top of this mountain is admirable an amazing lunar landscape. At the base of the mountains there is one of the wildest beaches of Sal, which welcomes the Loggerhead Turtles during the summer

4.00Went with my son. We were cancelled, but then after convincing reinstated. That was the annoying part. This is where we lose the point. Do not allow booking and confirm, if the trip is not happening. Son was very sad. Glad the convincing worked and we were still able to go The trip itself was very good. Kudos to Patrick, our guide. Weather was super good 90% of the time. Due to rain the day before, there was no dust. But last 10% of the trip was heavy rainfall (no issues with the tour organizer here), but rain hits the face heavy when driving an open vehicle. Trip overall was around the time planned. We spent almost two hours rallying around the somewhat dirty desert (locals come dump rubbish).

5.00Just got back from a 2 hour quad experience. Geovani (Geo) was a great instructor. Sand dews, salt mines, great off road experience. Had a good group of drivers so was able to go faster than usual. Would highly recommend. Booked to come back next year so will try the buggy’s.

1.00Bad track for Quads . Nothing to see. A lot better on Boavista. Also get back pain after that! Our quad instructor could have been friendlier!
