Francisco was a gentleman! We did our first tour in the buggy’s then he took us to Parada La Playa for lunch that was amazing Dominican food. We had the Red Snapper, rice and beans and potatoes. It was my friends birthday and he recommended lalola’s on the beach, made the reservation for us and let them know it was my friends birthday so they would celebrate her. We then took the cable car well safari truck and city tour. The cable car no longer runs. Francisco let us know he was unavailable but he would send one of his guys (Jose) who was also great. He stayed in touch with us until he knew we were safely picked up at our hotel and kept us abreast of any changes. He was very informative answering our questions about the city, ensuring we were picked up and dropped off timely. He made us feel safe in an unfamiliar country. I will use Franciscos services again and recommend him family and friends.
