Get picked up by your guide at 8 AM and start your trip to Ba Be Lake which is approximately 250 km from Hanoi. Surrounded by emerald green paddies, this promises an enchanting sight that presents an idyllic rural scene. Stop en-route to capture the beautiful moments of the landscape. Lunch in a local restaurant on the way. Before getting to your homestay in Pac Ngoi village, visit Hua Ma Cave which is known as most beautiful cave in Northeast Vietnam with incredible image of stalactite and stalagmite. Finish the day with a family dinner at a local Tay homestay by the lake.

Wake up early this morning to enjoy the freshest moments of the day with peaceful surrounding sceneries. After a light breakfast with the host family, start your whole day 6-hour boat trip. Strolling to the end of the lake to Nang river where you can have a short walk to see Cam village of Tay people and their daily life. Continue to Puong Cave, a unique tunnel cave in this national park where there are a lot of bats. Back to the flow of Nang river to Dau Dang waterfall. After a local meal for lunch in a village along Nang River, come back to the lake to see An Ma temple, an old temple on an island in the middle of the lake. Spend the rest of the day jumping off the cliff of Widow Island for a cool. Now time to capture the romantic sunset and call it a day.

5.00Ba Be lake is such a wonderful destination in Northern Vietnam and thanks to our guide Minh, our trip to Ba Be was more than perfect. We loved so much the atmosphere here which is very cool and purely fresh. The people here are very friendly and they showed us their cultures, let us have their traditional food and warmly welcomed us in their homestays. We did a lot of activites with funny experiences like cliff jumping, swimming and boating. Sometimes we saw some wild birds which made Issac my friend very excited and he took a lot of photos. Needless to say, this was one of the best trips we have ever went on. Thank Minh and Bamboo Adventures!!!
