My wife and I spent 3 days on a private tour with Dani who went above and beyond our expectations. Very knowledgeable about the history, art, food and great sense of humor . 5.00Íker, Andoni and the rat do a great job planning and executing the tour. I had a chance to visit Bilbao, Biarritz and St Jean de Luz, with of course a fantastic visit to San Sebastián during the Basque Games, allowing to watch the regatta and a Pintxos tour.

5.00One of the very best guides we’ve had in over 5 decades of traveling in Europe. Jaime made the tour an absolute delight in all respects. He was knowledgeable about the history of the region, brought that history to life, and delighted us with both his own personal stories and his intense love of his Basque people. We saw many beautiful places we’d have never discovered on our own and explained the geological and environmental history of what we were seeing. He made sure we ate great food and got a real sense of the “vibe” of the region. I can’t recommend him enough.

5.00We loved our time with Iker and John. They showed us the Basque Country we would have missed had we gone alone. San Sebastián is beautiful and there is so much to do in the area. We loved the pintxos tour, the trip to Hondarribia and St.John de Luz, and wonderful lunch in Getaria. Book the Basque guides. You’ll have an adventure, see more of the area, and learn about this interesting culture.

5.00It was our first trip to the Basque Country and I can’t imagine hiring anyone else to show you this beautiful area. From my first contact with Iker I knew that we were in good hands. He is so professional, knowledgeable and just a great guy. He will work with you to customize your trip and once he gets to know you a little he will make suggestions for things he thinks your group will enjoy. We saw so much in three days and I felt like we really learned a lot about the history and culture of the Basque Country. We ate some of the best fish in Getaria, shared a bottle of wine at a beautiful winery, and saw some of the most picturesque areas that I have ever seen. We learned a few Basque phrases which really came in handy. My advice if you are coming to this area is to let the Basque Guides take care of you. It was an amazing experience for us.

5.00We had three days to tour from San Sebastián. Iker was great from the beginning, working with me by email to design a trip that would work for our family. He was knowledgeable and flexible which allowed us to create a fabulous and fun itinerary. He made each day fun for us while sharing his knowledge along the way. I cannot recommend Iker strongly enough!

5.00We enjoyed the San Sebastian tour immensely. Iker was very knowledgeable with the Basque culture and rich history and articulated it well. The sights, food and total experience were amazing and memorable. And, being a well versed traveller himself and having visited asia ,he understood the context of our curiosities. Very recommendable!!
