Amazing experience!!! It rained almost the entire time but our guide made it fun with his stories and conversations. The bed and breakfast would get one star, but Rabbies hadn't used them before, and after I let them know how bad it was, I highly doubt they'd use them again. If you go to Isle of Skye, do not use Meadowbank guest house. They won't even make sure you have enough toilet paper. As far as Rabbies and the tour, it was the best!!!

Even with rain and overcast skies most of the time, this was a terrific trip.. Our guide Keith F. was very knowledgeable and shared the history of Scotland with us on our way up to Skye, and we made several stops along the way including Eileen Donan Castle, which was a great tour. We were a bit limited in terms of activities (longer hikes and such) due to rain, but there were plenty of beautiful sites and experiences to enjoy despite the rain. Important note: book your dinner reservations in Portree as early as possible! The best restaurants fill up very quickly!

Aside from the obvious - that Skye is totally beautiful and fully worth a trip to visit - this 3 day trip was the highlight of our England/Scotland vacation and totally worth the time and money. Our guide was incredibly knowledgable about the history and culture of Scotland, and he was very flexible with the day-to-day schedule and stops. There was plenty of downtime, but overall it was very full days, and we got to see a lot of the highlands and loved our time on Skye. The rest of the tour group was prompt and friendly and it was a lovely experience - even when we had a day with a fair amount of rain (to be expected on a trip to Scotland!). I would definitely do another trip through Rabbies tours.

Perfect visit to the highlands. Driver Kylie was excellent. Just the right balance of folklore music and chat.

We had a very good time on this tour. Ryse, the guide/driver, was very knowledgeable and gave us an excellent experience. The coach was comfortable and the choice of places we visited gave us a good sense of the highlands and Isle of Skye. At some locations we could have used a bit more time, but that is the nature of organised tours. All in all, a very enjoyable experience.
